When we think about the character traits that a woman must have to consider adoption, the words strength and bravery are what come to mind. We can imagine that you may be scared and nervous about the unknown during this process. However, let us assure you that if you choose us as adoptive parents, we will be fully dedicated to supporting, cherishing, loving, educating, and guiding your baby to become the individual that God means for him or her to be in this world. Your child would be surrounded by love, not only by us, but also by his or her aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents who live close by.
We greatly admire the selfless decision you are considering by placing your child with another loving family to raise and care for. We would be eternally grateful for considering us for this gift. We would make sure that your child is aware of the courageous woman are and selfless decision you made.
Having a family has been something that we have been dreaming about since the beginning of our relationship and even before we met. We would be honored to have a baby become part of our family and would be appreciative for allowing us to realize our dream.
It took years of arduous searching for us to find each other, but our search was greatly rewarded with each other. We bonded over our shared values and love of the Catholic faith. We are grateful for the gift we have found in each other and the life we have started to create together. Our life is one of trust, loyalty, and encouragement.
Our favorite hobby is hiking the nearby mountain trails. Other hobbies include remodeling our home, playing guitar, cooking new recipes, and gardening. A frequent scene in our home is the two of us sitting in the parlor listening to a variety of music, playing cards, reading to each other, or laughing at the antics of our pets. Joy is very passionate about being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her local county public school system. Vini, after spending time in military service, is now a government contractor doing a variety of jobs to help ensure our fellow citizens are safe and protected.
Our Home & Pets
We enjoy living in a townhome in a small community near our home parish. We have one of the top public-school districts in the nation. We especially enjoy local parks that are within walking distance from our home for either hiking or biking.
We treasure our pets. We have a dog, Bella, and two cats, Thelonious Tolkien and Earendella. Joy got Bella as a puppy before meeting Vini, and we adopted the cats together after our wedding. We have a lovely deck, patio, and a small fenced yard for Bella. Many nights are spent socializing with friends and family on our patio, having a relaxing drink, watching the birds at the bird feeder, or using our fire pit in the colder months.
Our Extended Family
We are both extremely fortunate to have both of our parents and our siblings in our lives. They all live nearby. Joy’s brother is a Catholic priest in a nearby diocese, and we relish having weekly family dinners together. In the fall, Joy, Vini, and her father are avid football fans and we cheer for our local team. In the summertime, Joy and Vini love to spend time at her parents’ lake home, where Joy has many pleasant childhood memories.
Vini is the youngest of five children. He was born and raised in Guatemala and moved to the United States with his family when he was 12 years old. Among his four siblings, Vini has two nieces and three nephews. We enjoy spending time engaging in our hobbies and interests. We frequently get together to enjoy time as a family, which can be a large event with thirteen people involved.
We are both very blessed to have been born into supportive families that have helped us pursue our passions and dreams. Our childhoods were peaceful times full of laughter and love. It was our parents who instilled in us the values that we have carried into adulthood. These are the same values we want to instill in the children we hope to adopt.
What Led Us To Adoption
We look forward to having the opportunity to fulfill our dreams of being parents and being able to raise a child with the love and support that every child deserves. Always having a love for children, Joy started babysitting neighborhood kids as a teenager. She also volunteered in college with mentoring programs for troubled youth. She is now a school social worker. Joy, when asked as a toddler, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” would respond, “A mother, like my mommy.” Vini, before meeting Joy, had thought about the decision to adopt and pursue that loving choice as a way to become a father.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
