dear expectant mother
You want to give your baby the best life possible. That’s the first thing we have in common! In my adoption training and research, my favorite quote is this: “A child in a single parent’s household will be that parent’s top priority and greatest love at all times.” I have the time, energy, and resources to provide your baby with the best life possible, including a loving family, a beautiful home life, and a top-notch education.
The most important thing in the world to me is to become a momma. I cannot have a biological child, but that gives me both the determination and opportunity to adopt a child and shower him or her with amazing opportunities. My job would be to love and protect your baby as my own, raise them to love others and pay it forward, and provide life experiences that will guide them through adulthood.
Trusting someone with the life of your child is a major decision. I pray for your heart to find peace in the family you choose. If you choose me to parent your baby, I will be completely, 100% committed to the process and to your child. A favorite bedtime story I will tell your baby is about a wonderful woman who chose to give him or her life and chose to give me the beautiful gift of a child to love. You will always hold a great place of honor in our hearts!
With love and gratitude,
A few years back, my town endured a bad snowstorm. Stuck at home for days, I decided to work a 5,000-piece jigsaw puzzle. I was careful to contain those tiny pieces, but in the end, one piece was missing. Life is a puzzle, and I have built a beautiful one. The two coolest pieces of my life are my career as a chemist and my love for teaching preschoolers. Both require organizational skills, safety, education, and the ability to have fun. The background of any puzzle is important. Mine includes a close family, a cozy town, and my dog, Oliver. At the end of the day, the most important piece is missing: a child. My focus is now committed to finding my future child to love. One day I plan on guiding this child to put together their own life’s puzzle one beautiful piece at a time.
My Home & Pets
The most important thing you want to give your baby is a stable and secure home with people who love them. I moved to this town 20 years ago for college. My mom and I share a beautiful home in a secure neighborhood. A loving grandmother in the home means a trusted babysitter to back up a single momma. We have lots of room for kids' play equipment in the backyard and dozens of parks and recreation facilities nearby. Our town is cozy compared to most but is growing. New schools in the area will be to your baby’s advantage when kindergarten rolls around. Pets include my dog, Oliver Wigglesworth (the furry best friend), and my mom’s dog, Sophie Jo. Both are shih-tzus.
My Extended Family
In my heart, family has very little to do with genetics. Growing up, I remember learning about the definition of aunts, uncles, and cousins in school and thinking that I have aunts that aren’t my mom’s sister nor my uncle’s wife because we consider our close friends to be family. Beyond that, my distant cousin and I are like sisters, and I was in the delivery room with her when my “nephew” was born. While I would be adopting your baby as my own, your baby would have a large group of people ready to step in and be their family—not just their adoptive family but plain ol’ family.
I’m very close with my church family as well. Many of them have their own adoption stories and support me in my journey to be a mom through adoption. In the past year, we’ve had ten babies born to couples in our church. I just think what a wonderful youth group your baby will get to go to camp with one day. Recently one of my cousins had twin baby girls, which also adds to our large extended family.
What Led Me To Adoption
I’m excited to be a mom! Adoption is my FIRST choice. A year into my adoption journey, I had a medically necessary hysterectomy, which prohibits pregnancy. That is a harsh reality for most ladies in my situation. Since my plans to adopt were well underway, this development confirmed that adoption was my destiny. My heart has been touched by watching friends adopt. The nurture they have shown their kiddos has transformed their lives in a positive way. Adoption is a scary process for all involved. My fears are minimal because I have wonderful adoptive parents on speed-dial who can guide me through the process. Your baby will have a wonderful group of adoptive kiddos to have honest and healthy conversations with about their adoptive history.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
