Words cannot adequately convey how grateful we are that you would consider us to raise your precious child. This is the most important letter we have ever written, and we are overcome with emotion at this incredible opportunity. You are undoubtedly an amazing woman. You exemplify courage and grace. We are in absolute awe of you, and we would be honored to be the adoptive parents of your child.
If you choose us as adoptive parents, your baby will be spoiled with life experiences rather than material things (we’re working on that with Daddy who can be a bit of a pushover when it comes to buying toys!). Our home is filled with love, support, and encouragement, and we believe there is no job more important than parenting a child. Tony is a career Army officer, and Elizabeth is a physical therapist. Your child will have the most incredible and loving big brother, who just today asked if we could name the new baby Batman!
We have tremendous respect for your decision to consider an adoption plan for your precious baby. If you choose us, we will ensure your child knows he or she is only a part of our family because of your act of unconditional love. No matter what you choose, we wish you peace and clarity on your journey.
We are Tony and Elizabeth. Our story began nearly 20 years ago in Florida. Tony was working as a coach with a pro football team and at a local university. Elizabeth, pursuing her doctorate in Physical Therapy, often ran in the same professional circles. Eventually, he asked her out. He thought she was out of his league. She thought he was the ultimate gentleman who opened doors and pulled out chairs. One date led to more, and in 2001 we were married on a beach in the Bahamas. Our life has truly been an adventure! Tony was commissioned as an officer in the US Army in 2006 and has completed three combat tours. He is a natural role-model, mentor, and provider. Elizabeth is a physical therapist and she is naturally caring toward others. We love hiking, traveling, and kayaking, and we hope to move someplace tropical when Tony retires from the military.
Our Home & Pets
We are blessed with a beautiful two-story home on 13 acres. There is a long driveway approaching our house, and our backyard is surrounded by a white picket fence. You can see gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the front and back windows. Our home is perfect for kids and dogs. In fact, we have adopted five rescue pups: four loving and lazy hounds as well as a ball-of-energy Yorkie. Oh, and we cannot forget our three-legged cat, Tebow! The beauty of our home in the country is that it is right on the outskirts of town. Within minutes there is library storytime, playgrounds galore, and splash pads in the summer. The military community embraces family life, and there is an abundance of activities geared toward children of all ages.
Our Extended Family
Tony grew up the only child of a single mom in the Twin Cities of St. Paul & Minneapolis, Minnesota. He never knew his father and spent many years trying to find him. In 2007, he made contact with his four half-siblings from his now-deceased father and his life has never been the same. Now, we spend Thanksgiving with them in Las Vegas, and we plan summer trips together with their families. He is still very close to his mother’s side of the family and takes every opportunity to see his many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Elizabeth grew up in Florida. Her mom, a retired kindergarten teacher, still lives in Elizabeth’s childhood home on a small lake. Her brother works as an executive in Seoul, Korea, but travels back to visit often. Her dad, though 69, is an avid marathoner and lives in Texas with his wife and three young, adopted children.
Although the military has enabled us to see the world, we find every opportunity to surround ourselves with our loved ones. Our family flocks to our home to spend time with our son, Nolan Ryan, and they are overjoyed that we have opened our hearts to adoption.
What Led Us To Adoption
The gift of adoption has been an integral part of Elizabeth’s life since birth. Her father and aunt were adopted as newborns, and she had the privilege of witnessing the unconditional love other adoptive parents have for the children they welcome into their lives. Her father reflects so fondly upon his upbringing that he adopted his young step-grandchildren. As a couple, we have struggled with infertility, miscarriage, and failed IVF. God graced us with our perfect son in 2014, but tragedy struck a few years later when our daughter, Clara Lena, was stillborn. The most devastating experience of our lives paved the way to our destiny. We relish the opportunity to expand our family through adoption, thus carrying on the legacy of adoption to a third generation.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
