dear expectant mother
All along our journey, we have thought long and hard about yours: who you are, the decisions that have led you to this point, and the steps that we may take together for the future. As we tell our friends and family about our adoption story, we always speak of you, the part you play, and how much you give.
We can only imagine this will be one of the most agonizing and painful decisions you will ever make. However, we thank you for the gift and opportunity you bring. Should you choose us, your baby will always know their story and where they come from: that more than just biology brought them to our family, the love they have is from many parts and is unconditional, and their family is broad and strong. They will know who you are and the joy you have brought.
Loving a baby is all we truly want so we can raise a child to be loved no matter what and teach them right from wrong. We will always be grateful for the gift you so selflessly give.
We are Tim and Maria. We are both originally from the UK—Tim from Wales and Maria from Scotland. We met 13 years ago in Scotland and fell in love instantly. We married in Turkey on the most beautiful beach with our closest friends and family in 2012. Over the years, we have developed a love of travel, our two small dogs, and the community in which we live. Tim is the head of sales for a global pharmaceutical supply chain company…and Maria keeps him in check! We are blessed to live in a beautiful home that Maria takes care of while Tim is at work. Our weekends are spent walking dogs, being outdoors, or enjoying time with our friends and their children in our local community. We often travel to the UK to see our family, and in return, they often visit us throughout the year.
Our Home & Pets
We are blessed with a beautiful, open-plan home with the most amazing friends, neighbors, and children around us. Our development is newly built, with 150 families within a wooded, rural-type, close-knit community. Our roads are quiet, with no through traffic and plenty of room to walk, ride bikes, and play. We are within a ten-minute walk of nature trails, ten-minute drive of a small theme park, and 45-minute drive to some of the world’s best cities. We have two amazing Maltese dogs, Betty and Gracie. Betty is three and gentle and kind. Gracie is 18 months and a mischievous puppy who loves to play. They are used to children and babies of all ages and would love to welcome home a baby to play with and look after.
Our Extended Family
Both of our families live in the UK, and while this is a long way away, we talk or FaceTime every day on the phone. Maria has two sisters and a brother, who have children ranging from 18 months to 16 years old. We have amazing relationships with all of our nieces and an especially strong bond with our eldest niece, who is now 16 and a beautiful young woman. We have group FaceTimes on birthdays and special occasions as well as annual vacations together through the summer and holidays. Tim has his mom who lives in the UK, and they talk every day.
We also consider our friends and neighbors to be our extended family and part of our own American traditions. We are integrated within the families of our three closest friends. They are our neighbors and live a short walk away. They have children from 6 months all the way to 11 years old. We spend time with each other having fun, cooking, and playing.
Both of our families in the UK and U.S. are amazing!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
