dear expectant mother
We want to say from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for considering us to raise your baby. At this point in our marriage and our lives, we truly feel the only thing we are missing is a child. We know this is probably the hardest decision you have had to make, but just know this child will be overwhelmed with love and attention and you will be able to give us something we so desperately want but cannot fulfill ourselves.
Our decision to adopt has been something we have prayed about and one we feel so called toward. We truly do consider you our angel in this process. Without you, our dreams to become parents would not be possible. You will forever be in our hearts. We are willing to be as open as you wish in your relationship with us and your child.
We hope to teach your child of the love and compassion you have shown in your decision to choose adoption. Know we are praying for your heart to forever be at peace with your decision. “Thank you” will never be enough to express our debt of gratitude.
We met in 2010 while Terri was employed at Target and Billy was a vendor for Pepsi. As friends, we enjoyed the same taste in music, thirst for adventure, and long conversations, and we started dating as soon as we realized how great a match we were. Billy proposed on Christmas morning in 2012, and we married 11 months later. We enjoy spending time road-tripping and going on long walks with our dog, Penny. Billy works for the naval shipyard in our neighboring town, and Terri teaches both adult and children’s CrossFit classes. We are both very involved in our gym community and consider our fellow gym-goers our extended family. They are all so excited for us and our plans to adopt. It is safe to say your baby will be raised by a village of people who will absolutely love and welcome them into the family.
Our Home & Pets
In 2014 we bought our home in Washington and love our town and the community so much. Our house has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a fenced-in backyard, a nice waterfront view of the neighboring town, and a lovely view of the mountains from our front porch. Our home has hosted many birthday parties, summer BBQs, baby showers, and Christmas Eve family dinners, all of which we are very excited to continue with our children. Our house is in a nice development full of friendly neighbors and kids. We live with our dog, Penny, and two cats, Fluff and Meekah. We all love when company comes over to visit.
Our Extended Family
Billy’s parents and brother live just minutes away in the neighboring town Billy grew up in. Our baby will be Billy’s parents’ first grandchild, which they could not be more excited about. When we told them we were going to adopt, they cried with joy! They can’t wait to bring their future camper out to the family’s lake property to run around, paddleboat, fish, hike, and BBQ with.
Terri’s parents also live one town away in the house Terri and her two siblings grew up in. They, too, are so excited to welcome a grandchild, their second, into the family. Terri’s sister has an eight-year-old daughter who spends a lot of time with us and can’t wait to have a new baby cousin she can help take care of.
Both sides of our family will be so eager to see us become parents as we have been talking about growing our family since the day we got married six years ago. There is absolutely no shortage of love and support surrounding us!
What Led Us To Adoption
After learning that Terri was going to be unable to get pregnant without medical intervention, we began exploring all of our other options to grow our family. Both of us have close friends who have been adopted or have fostered and/or adopted, and we have always felt adoption was the path meant for us. We are very eager to be parents and both of our families are so excited with our decision to adopt. They can’t wait to add another member to our family!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
