dear expectant mother
While we haven’t met you yet, we are in awe of your strength, courage, and heart. We are so grateful you are taking the time to even consider us for this journey. We cannot know how it feels to make an adoption plan, but we deeply admire your selflessness with whatever you decide. We have spent years dreaming of becoming parents, and your choice will help us make our dream a reality. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for considering us for this responsibility.
We will dedicate ourselves to providing a wonderful life to your child filled with opportunity, possibility, and a whole lot of fun. We can’t wait to play in the garden, bake cupcakes, walk to the zoo, and sing along to every Disney song. Your child’s life will have sandcastle competitions, packed stockings on Christmas morning, lots of plays and concerts to attend, world travel, and all of the other experiences our love can provide.
Every day, we will do our best to help your child understand who they are and how incredibly loved they are. We are committed to honoring the culture that connects your child to you. Our home will be a safe, affirming space for them to play, learn, and grow. We look forward to building a relationship with you that is as open as you are comfortable with. Throughout your child’s life, we will always know our family’s joy was made possible through your love.
With warmth and gratitude,
Teague & Greg

About Us
We have been married for eight wonderful years and haven’t had a day without laughter in our eleven years together! Our love of serving the community is the thread that binds us, and working in public service is how we first met. Today Greg is a public high school history teacher, and Teague works in local government. Greg’s adventurous spirit, spontaneity, and bravery are complemented by Teague’s warmth, thoughtfulness, and playful heart. Our strong relationship is built on trust, communication, and cheering each other on as we experience life as a team. We love movies, theater, live music, and playing with our two adorable cats. We find something to celebrate each day and aren’t afraid to laugh at ourselves, like the time we (almost) finished a painfully spicy hot wing eating challenge. We continue seeking out new experiences, especially ones that involve hiking, cooking, traveling, and enjoying life!
Our Home & Pets
We own a cozy home in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood with regular gatherings. Our house was built in the 1930s and has so much history! We can’t wait to write its next chapter as a family. We’re close to bike paths, the zoo, and several beautiful parks where we love taking long walks! We enjoy eating at our neighborhood restaurants and shopping at nearby businesses, all just a short stroll away. On an average summer day, you can find us enjoying our backyard by grilling, gardening, cooking pizza with our wood-fired oven, hosting friends for a campfire, and keeping the hummingbirds well fed. During the colder months, we stay comfy and busy indoors by cuddling our two playful cats, trying adventurous new recipes in the kitchen, playing board games, and filling our home with music.
Our Extended Family
We look forward to sharing many family traditions with your child, including holiday gatherings with amazing home-cooked food, beach days at Greg’s family’s lake house, exploring wildlife at Teague’s family’s cabin, visiting the local zoo, and playing with our many energetic nieces and nephews!
Teague’s parents live nearby, along with her sister and her two children, who will make wonderful cousins. Her parents have been happily married over 45 years and raised their daughters in a stable, loving home filled with laughter and music. Teague is also very close with her grandma, who is well into her nineties and not slowing down! Teague’s career in public service was inspired by her family, many of whom have served their community, whether through the military, elected positions, or volunteer organizations.
Greg’s family never misses an opportunity to spend time together! Greg is the oldest of three siblings, and his parents have been married over 40 years. Greg’s family has always valued education, empathy, and acceptance of others. The past few years have brought incredible joy as three nieces and nephews have joined the family. Now gatherings are often spent cooking delicious meals, laughing over board games, and crawling on the floor playing with the kids.
What Led Us To Adoption
We believe adoption is the perfect path for us to grow our family! We are ready and eager to share our hearts and home. We promise to provide a nurturing and supportive upbringing for your child that connects them to their heritage, empowers them to discover and be their own unique self, and encourages them in all things, especially play. If you choose us, we will honor your gift by ensuring your child’s home will be filled with hugs, humor, and unconditional love. Above all, we promise your child will be cherished by us for their entire life.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
