dear expectant mother
We would like to start by saying words cannot express how thankful we are that you are considering us to raise your baby. Your willingness to allow us the chance to love your child is so selfless. Your child will grow up knowing how much you did for them and how much you loved them. Our hope is that you know how much you are changing our lives for the better. This is an opportunity for our family to feel complete, and we are grateful for you. We won’t pretend we know what you are going through, but we will pray for you every step of the way.
If given the chance, we will love your child with everything we have and give them the best life we know how. Your child will grow up with laughter, love, wisdom, compassion, and the opportunity to fulfill the many dreams they will have. Our family is so excited to be given the adoption path as an opportunity, and to be part of your adoption path is such a blessing for us and our family. We both want you to know we will always keep our promises of caring for your child in the best way possible. It brings tears to our eyes knowing God has brought us all together to help each other in this part of our lives.
We are Stephanie and Kris! We met 10 years ago at our hometown Fourth of July fireworks show when we were teenagers and have been best friends ever since. We were married five years ago and decided to grow our family. We are both outgoing people and love doing anything as long as we are together. With us sharing a similar schedule, it allows us to spend our time off together. You will typically find us at Disney or the beach on the weekends. At least once a year we do a big vacation with our family and go on a cruise. Being with family is our number one priority, and you can almost always find us all together. We both work very hard in our personal and professional lives to be as successful as possible. Kris works in the fire protection industry, and Stephanie is a sales representative.
Our Home & Pets
Our home is in a small community that is quiet but close to all kinds of entertainment. It is a three-bedroom house that we have made our own. We are located within a few miles of Stephanie’s parents, grandparents, and siblings’ homes as well, which makes it easy to spend time with everyone in their homes. We have two cats, named Walt and Roy. Walt is the white and gray cat. He plays and runs around all day long. We laugh watching him because he will always be a kitten at heart. Roy is our orange cat. He is one of the most loving cats that we know. When he is not in our bed, he is laying in our laps or wanting to be held by us.
Our Extended Family
Stephanie has a very large family that includes two sets of parents, six siblings, and multiple grandparents. We are very excited about the nephew we have on the way as well. Kris has his parents, brother, sister-in law, and niece. Both families get along well and have even gone on vacation together. On the cruise we were engaged on and our honeymoon cruise, both families were there celebrating and vacationing together.
On Saturday we go out with Stephanie’s family for dinner, and then we go to Disney or out to do something new. On Sundays we always have a big Sunday dinner, and during football season, we will all watch games together to cheer for our favorite teams. This is a tradition we started a few months into our relationship.
Our families are very big into celebrating during holidays and keeping up traditions. Christmas Eve starts with going to church and coming home for a big dinner. Christmas is celebrated all day with giving gifts to our family and celebrating all of us being together. We are excited to bring a child into our lives to start new traditions.
What Led Us To Adoption
Early on in our relationship, we knew there was always a possibly we would like to adopt. After we were married, we found out that Stephanie was struggling with infertility. With treatments and no pregnancies, we knew that adoption was the right choice for us and were excited to start as early as possible. It wasn’t a hard decision to make since we both knew that we would like to adopt one day anyway, and talking about it put the biggest smiles on both our faces. We love listening to everyone’s stories about adoption and hope one day we get to tell our story to other families.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
