dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for considering us to raise your baby. It is a blessing we cannot give each other, but you can give us this amazing gift. We would give a baby a loving family, a nurturing household, and the opportunity to learn and grow through experiences in a safe environment.
We can’t wait to take them up to the lake and go for a boat ride with Grandpa or play in the sand on the beach. We look forward to eating around the Christmas tree with Anthony’s parents and brothers and getting pictures with Santa. One set of our parents live very close, and we can’t wait to go over there for family BBQs and swimming in their pool. We are excited to cook and bake with our son or daughter as they get older. We can’t wait to see our child’s excitement as we dress up and go trick-or-treating for Halloween. We love Disney and look forward to our child’s first trip to go see Mickey and friends in the Magic Kingdom! We enjoy travel and the opportunities it gives us to experience and learn new things. Even just a day trip to one of the many museums, aquariums, or zoos in the area will give our child the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop their sense of self. The possibilities are endless!
We are thankful for the opportunity only you can give us. We promise to always love our child unconditionally and with all our hearts.
About Us
We are both in the information technology field at different companies. Stephanie enjoys music, baking, the ’80s, animals, and family. She is quite the planner. She loves making lists and checking them twice. She has the biggest heart and loves children. Anthony enjoys being a DJ in his free time. He also likes movies, technology, and gadgets. Nothing is more fulfilling than taking something broken apart and getting it to work again. Anthony is also family oriented. We met while both working at the same company and were friends for years before romance bloomed. We married three years ago and continue to grow together and love each other more each day. We enjoy traveling, learning, new experiences, and spending time with friends and family. We especially enjoy time at our lake house in northern Michigan. It is truly a beautiful and peaceful place.
Our Home
We are blessed to own a large, five-bedroom house with a finished basement in a suburb with great schools in Illinois. While the surrounding area is a little more rural, we are in a tight-knit subdivision, with lots of great neighbors and children to play with. We have a large backyard to play outside as well as a park down the block with multiple playsets, sports fields, ponds, and a waterpark. The house will have a dedicated playroom to keep the children engaged and plenty of books to read.
Our Extended Family
We both come from large extended families. Stephanie has two sets of parents and a half-sister who has two children. Anthony has his parents and two younger brothers. Our children will have three sets of grandparents to love and spoil them! We are very lucky all our parents get along great. Stephanie is also blessed to have her grandma still with us, and she is looking forward to being a great-grandmother. We also have many aunts, uncles, and cousins we are close to and look forward to spending time with when we are able.
Family traditions run deep in both our families. We enjoy going to the Notre Dame football games with Stephanie’s mother and stepfather every year as well as spending time at the lake house with them in the summer. We also enjoy family dinners and swimming in the pool at Stephanie’s dad and stepmom’s house nearby.
We love the holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas! We love to fully decorate the house for each season. Every year we eat around the big Christmas tree at Macy’s Walnut Room with Anthony’s family.
What Led Us To Adoption
While we are not blessed with the ability to have children ourselves, we always imagined starting a family one day. Adoption gives us hope and the ability to have children that will live in a loving, nurturing environment with us, a place where children can learn and grow. We plan on adopting at least two children so they can grow together and always have each other for support. Adoption is no stranger to our families. We both have several cousins who joined our family through adoption, and they add to our family dynamic and enrich our live

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
