dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We are honored and humbled that you would take the time to learn more about us. We have been praying for you since this journey began, and we will continue to pray for your peace and comfort throughout this process. We have such an immense amount of respect and admiration for your choice of life and making the selfless decision to do what you feel is best for your baby.

Romans 8:28 says, “We know that in all things God works together for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” With this verse in mind, we truly believe God has a plan for each one of us. We feel He has laid adoption on our hearts and yours for a reason. If you choose us, we promise to love your baby unconditionally and provide an upbringing in which God is a central figure. We promise to cherish them, protect them, and provide a safe, happy home and a life with every opportunity possible. We also promise to remain open with your child about their story, the sacrifices you made, and the selfless love you have for them.

C.S. Lewis once said, “Love is unselfishly choosing for another’s highest good.” We believe that is precisely what you are doing, and for that, we admire you greatly. Please know we will continue to pray that God will fill you with His abundant love and peace in whatever decision you make.

About Us

Hello! We are Sara and Zach! We are a fun, easy-going, and compassionate couple. We met in college, and we have been married for almost eight years. Sara is a pediatric speech pathologist for the local primary school. She is loving, optimistic, patient, organized, and creative. Zach is a family nurse practitioner at a local clinic/urgent care. He is strong, driven, smart, and kind and loves to make people laugh! We like to be active and go to the lake, swim in the pool, go on hikes, ride UTVs, etc., but we also enjoy cozy nights at home spent watching movies and eating popcorn! We are very active in our church as our faith is very important to us. We also love to travel, and we typically go on at least two vacations every year, one during spring break and one in the summer.

Our Home & Pets

We were blessed to build our dream home last year. It sits on five acres and has six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms—plenty of room for kiddos! We have a basement where we like to play ping-pong and pool and have movie nights! We live in a master-planned community village complete with a pool, tennis/basketball courts, playgrounds, creeks, and wildlife. We enjoy riding around the neighborhood trails in our UTV with our dogs, Winnie (goldendoodle) and Hank (French bulldog). Winnie is three years old, and we rescued her a year ago. She loves everyone she meets, and she is amazing with kids! Hank is seven years old and is constantly making us laugh. He is so good natured, and he snores louder than most humans!

Our Extended Family

Zach has one sister. She, her husband, and their three sweet kiddos live just down the road from us. Zach’s parents also live in the neighborhood as well, so we have a wonderful support system of family close by. Zach’s parents watch our nieces and nephew a few days per week, and they have said they’re ready to add another grandkid to the mix! They are fun, active, and the most genuinely caring and godly people we know. They love to spoil their grandkids!

Sara’s parents live about an hour away, but one of the businesses they own is in our town, so they visit often! They are so generous and kind. Sara has one brother, who is a doctor. He lives a few hours away with his wife and son but plans to move to the same town as us very soon. They are having a baby girl in a couple of weeks!

Our favorite time of year to spend with family is definitely Christmas! We always go to candlelight service at church on Christmas Eve and open presents first thing in the morning. Then we all have a big breakfast together. So fun!

What Led Us To Adoption

We began trying to conceive a couple of years ago, to no avail. After many doctors visits, we were diagnosed with infertility. We prayed on our next steps and felt God placed adoption on our hearts. We had always loved the idea of adoption. We both have cousins who were adopted, and we have witnessed how blessed their families have been by adoption. Our best friends are also in the process of adopting. We feel adoption is such a beautiful gift—the gift of a child we would have never been able to have on our own.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
