dear expectant mother

We do not know you yet, but we want to introduce ourselves. We are Adam and Sally. We are best friends, and we have dreamed of having a family since we first met. When we decided it was the right time for us to create our family, adoption kept presenting itself to us in different ways. We felt our hearts were telling us that this was how we should become parents.

We believe the love you have for your baby is the strongest love there is, and we cannot thank you enough for trusting us to provide that ongoing love after your child is born. Because of you, we have the opportunity to live a life better than we imagined and to create memories as a family of three.

We can’t wait to surround a baby with so much love and attention. Adam’s side of the family is quite large, and the baby already has cousins anxiously waiting for a new playmate and best friend!
Thank you already for your love and graciousness. You are a blessing to us. Please know you have a place in our hearts, as you have put your heart in our arms.

About Us

Our names are Sally and Adam. We live in Florida, but we originally bonded over our Midwestern roots. We met while working for the same hotel company after college. After a series of moves, we decided to settle down close to Sally’s twin sister and brother-in-law.

We love to stay active, personally and professionally. Sally is a second grade teacher and Adam helps manage a construction company. We enjoy traveling to new places, outdoor activities, and visiting Disney World in our free time. Any day outside is a day well spent!

Our Home & Pets

Our home is located in a suburban neighborhood, surrounded by lakes, a golf course, and a community pool. There are many children in the area due to the elementary school being just one mile away. We have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living space where we spend our time together. We love spending time on our patio, looking out at the pond while our dogs play in the gated backyard.

Our Extended Family

Sally grew up with her mother, father, older sister and twin sister. Adam grew up with his mother, father, and younger sister. We currently spend weekends with Sally’s twin sister and brother-in-law, playing board games, visiting farmer’s markets, and having bonfires together. The four of us enjoy touring our extended families around Florida when they come visit on vacation.

We spend holidays visiting both Adam and Sally’s extended families due to their close proximity to each other. We are thankful to travel north a couple times a year to visit with old friends and extended family. Two of our favorite traditions include Christmas Eve and Easter Olympics. Christmas Eve dinner is spent with Sally’s parents, cousins, and grandmother at her grandfather’s lake house. We then meet Adam’s parents, sister, and brother-in-law at their midnight church service. Easter is spent in Florida with Sally’s side of the family, where they take turns hosting “Easter Olympics.” These games include an Easter egg hunt, egg drop, and a variety of yard games. Both sides of the family can’t wait to spread their love and share these memories with future generations.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have both always been very open about wanting to start a family, even before we got married. After we were married, we felt called to adoption, as we know so many people who have been blessed by going through the adoption process, themselves. We just knew, one day, this was the way we would become parents!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
