We can’t pretend to understand this difficult part of your journey right now. When we talk about it, we imagine that not everyone in your life supports this decision, which makes this incredibly challenging experience even more unbearable.
We haven’t met you yet, so we can’t know that this has been your experience but if it has, we want you to know, we are not in this just to be parents. We have an amazing opportunity to grow our family, not only by a child but by you as well. We want you to know that even though we don’t know you, we pray for you daily. We think about your health as much as we do your baby’s. We are so grateful for the opportunity and we hope that as you read this, you hear our sincerity and compassion. We can’t wait to meet you!
About Us
We met in college and have been married for two years after dating for 7 years. We both have very supportive families and enjoy spending time with them whenever possible. Christy has a master’s degree in athletic training while Roxane has a master’s degree in psychology. Christy works in sports medicine at a local high school while Roxane works at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in neuropsychology. In addition to our careers, we both enjoy traveling as well as outdoor activities.
Our Home & Pets
We live in an adorable home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home is a part of a quiet, community with many young families and children. Our neighborhood offers a playground as well as a community pool, basketball, and volleyball court. In addition to that, we live within walking distance of a great elementary school. We have 2 indoor cats that are very affectionate who are looking forward to the opportunity to become big brothers.
Our Extended Family
Our families are the center of our lives. They are both incredibly supportive of our lives, including our careers, marriage, and decision to expand our family. We live near Roxane’s family, which consists of her father, stepmother, identical twin sister, and older sisters as well as their families. Christy’s family lives in Louisiana, which means we get to see them less but still have a very close relationship. We see them as frequently as possible and they enjoy coming to Houston as well. Christy has a large family consisting of her parents, two siblings and their families as well as many aunts and uncles who play a vital role in our lives. We love traveling and doing activities with our families but most enjoy just sitting around the pool and being in each other’s company.
What Led Us To Adoption
We are so blessed in our lives and are very grateful for everything we’ve been able to accomplish. Everything we have worked for has been with the goal of developing the best environment possible to expand our family. We both have amazing relationships with our families and have dreamt of developing similar relationships with our own families. We both feel that we are drawn to adoption and feel that this opportunity is an incredible blessing.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
