dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We think you are incredibly strong and brave. We know considering adoption is not an easy decision to make. We know it is a decision you are considering with great love and hope for your baby. We are amazed by your courage.
We haven’t met you yet, but we pray for you and your baby often. We pray God brings the two of you into our lives at just the right time for all of us. We hope to meet you in real life someday soon to explore how our story can come together with yours around adoption. With that hope in mind, we created our family profile as our way of introduction. We created it to share our story with you so you can get to know us a little bit. We know a profile provides only a small glimpse into our lives, but we hope it is enough to give you confidence to connect with us. We created it with much love.
Scott & Rose
We are Scott and Rose. We love doing life together! We met online and have been married more than ten years. We do not have kids yet but we have a cat named Hemi, and the three of us make up our little family. Scott is outgoing and fun. Rose is easygoing and kind. We like doing outdoor activities together, such as walking on the trails near our house, golfing, and biking. We like traveling and exploring the world as well as cooking and eating delicious food. We both like reading and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Scott is a vice president of marketing and sales at a tech company. Rose is a human resources professional who helps people have good work experiences. We both have flexibility to work from home or our offices, which is awesome for finding life–work balance.
We own a mid-century, red-brick, ranch-style house. We bought it seven years ago, and we’ve spent the last several years fixing it up and making it our home. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of living space. We even knocked out walls to create an open floor plan. Our house sits on a double lot, and we have a big backyard with plenty of room to run and play. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood, and because we’re within walking distance from the elementary school and middle school, many of our neighbors are families with kids. Our favorite neighbors live in the house directly next door to us—Scott’s brother and sister-in-law and our newborn nephew.
Our Extended Family
Scott has one brother and one sister. Scott’s brother lives in the house directly next door to us, and we see him and his wife several times a week. They recently had a baby boy, and we are excited for our kids to grow up together! Scott’s sister and parents live less than 30 minutes away. Rose has one sister, a single mom of three kids. They are middle-schoolers, and we see them a couple times a month. Rose’s parents are divorced, and both are remarried. Rose’s parents both live an hour away, and we try to see them once a month.
Both our families are very excited for us to adopt. They are excited to be grandparents, aunties, uncles, and cousins who are a big part of our kids’ lives. When we get together with family, we like to go for walks outside, swim at the beach or a pond, and play board games. We are a family with a lot of love to give.
We are blessed to have many friends we consider family. Many of them have kids (several of them have adopted children too!), and we cannot wait for our kids to become friends for life!
What Led Us To Adoption
We are excited to expand our family through adoption. While we have not officially been diagnosed with infertility, Rose has had past health-related concerns that make adoption our preferred method of growing our family. These health-related concerns do not affect Rose’s quality of life or ability to parent. Rather, they give us a reason to happily welcome children through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
