dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for taking the time to view our profile and getting to know a little bit about us.
Adoption has touched our lives many times through family and friends, and now we hope it can touch our lives directly through you. We promise, if you choose us, our home for your baby will always be filled with love, laughter, and the passing down of joyful traditions.
We are humbled that you are selflessly considering the difficult choice of pursuing adoption. We imagine you have many tough decisions ahead of you. We hope that as you look through our profile, you feel we are the right family for you and your baby.
Sincerely,
Robert & LeAnne
About Us
LeAnne works as an Advocate at a Women's Shelter and Robert has been in the Navy for 19 years. We first met online and felt an instant connection. We have been married for 10 years and as a couple, we love to take day trips and find new restaurants. We have lived in a few different states, so we have quite a few unique experiences. Robert is an avid outdoorsman and LeAnne likes to spend her free time doing crafts. Spending quality time with the ones close to us is very important as well.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a two-story, Cape Cod-style home in a quiet Wisconsin neighborhood surrounded by parks. The main park is a 10-minute walk away and includes play structures and picnic areas. It is also a great place to go sledding in the wintertime. Our favorite part about our house is our finished basement, which is perfect for entertaining family and friends. We also have a dog named Jasper, who is a big cuddler and loves everyone he meets. He is very gentle and loves to play with children. We enjoy walks and taking him to the dog park on nice afternoons.
Our Extended Family
Robert’s extended family members live throughout the country so getting together is a rare occasion, but every summer his father’s side of the family gets together for a large family reunion, which we hope to continue to attend with the child we adopt.
LeAnne’s parents live about 3 hours away in Northeastern Wisconsin. Her extended family lives locally, about a 30 minute drive. Holiday get-togethers are a big tradition for us, but we try to get together on other occasions as well for game nights and cookouts.
Both of our families are very excited that we are adopting, and they are supportive of our decision. We cannot wait to bring a new little one into the family and to share our traditions and experiences.
What Led Us To Adoption
We started to consider growing our family by adoption after a few years of infertility. We also have several close friends who are either adoptees or adoptive parents, so adoption has always been a part of our lives in some way. We are very excited to grow our family through adoption and to give a child as much love and support as we can provide.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
