dear expectant mother
We appreciate you taking the time to learn more about us. We know how emotional this process must be for you, and we want you to know how much we admire and respect your choice to consider an adoption plan. Your courage and generosity are an inspiration.
Should you choose us, we promise to provide your child with a home filled with love, laughter, security, and stability. Our world will revolve around your child’s health, safety, and well-being. We will provide all of the love, support, and encouragement we can to help your child pursue her or his passions, reach her or his greatest potential, and find the fullest meaning in life.
We’d love to show your child the world, and we can already imagine the adventures we’ll have on our family vacations. Education is very important to us, and we’ll encourage your child to be a lifelong learner. We’ll support creativity through arts, crafts, and music, and we’ll spend lots of time outside together. Most importantly, we’ll lead by example in showing your child what it means to be loved unconditionally. Our families are ready to show so much love to your child, and we can’t wait to start celebrating old and new traditions together.
We wish you joy and peace as you make this important decision. Please know what an honor it would be for us to raise your child.

About Us
Our story began 13 years ago when we discovered each other’s MySpace profiles. From the moment we first met over coffee, we felt a special connection. After spending the last nine years in Texas, we recently moved back home to the Midwest to be closer to family and got married. Sean’s interests include computers and technology, and he really loves cars. He’s also an avid photographer. Rich is a Disney fanatic, enjoys art galleries and museums, and loves to write and paint. We’re both passionate about animal rescue and volunteer with our local dog rescue. Traveling, watching movies, and going to concerts are important to us, and we spend as much time as possible outdoors. Sean works as a project manager in the information technology department of an environmental resources company, and Rich works in human resources at a chemical company. We love being back near our large families.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a beautiful 103-year-old, three-bedroom, two-story home in the suburb of a large Midwestern city. Our quaint, family-friendly neighborhood is just a few blocks’ walk to parks, the train, and a small downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Our home sits on a corner lot, and we have a giant playset in our backyard. The schools in our district are some of the very best in the area, and our extended families are nearby. Animals are so important to us. Our lives have been enriched by three fun and playful rescue dogs who love to cuddle and take walks with us. Our oldest pet is an 11-year old parrot named Celeste.
Our Extended Family
Our extended families are very important to us. Sean’s parents live just 15 minutes away, and Rich’s mom is just a bit farther. We are proud uncles to a talented niece and creative nephew, the children of Rich’s sister and brother-in-law, who also live nearby. Sean’s brother is close as well. We each come from large extended families with lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins whom we see regularly.
Birthdays and holidays are very important to our families, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we visit both of our extended families, where we enjoy traditional Irish and Polish meals. Christmas Day is spent with our immediate families, visiting Sean’s family for breakfast and Rich’s family for dinner. Our favorite activities are meeting up with family and friends at Rich’s family’s lake house in southwestern Michigan, where we hit the beaches to make sandcastles, shop at all of the little towns along Lake Michigan, and go apple picking in the fall. Traveling together is important to us, and we recently joined Sean’s extended family for a trip to Ireland to celebrate a family wedding.
Our parents are so excited to welcome another grandchild into the family, and our families have been so loving and supportive of our decision to adopt.
What Led Us To Adoption
Having children was always part of our plans. When considering the different ways to start a family, adoption felt like the only right path for us. We have friends whose families have been blessed through adoption, and we’ve seen the joy their adopted children have brought to their lives. We’re so excited to open our lives and home to a child. We know in our hearts we can provide a stable, loving home and secure future to a child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
