dear expectant mother

Dear Momma,

We can’t imagine the emotions you are going through at this time. We truly believe you are one of the strongest and most selfless people. We are incredibly proud of you. Should you bless us with this gift, your child will be raised to know his or her mother’s decision was done out of 100% love.

In our home, children would wake up every day with a mommy and daddy who love them endlessly along with two brothers and two sisters who would dote on them. We are aware that raising children is a huge challenge and responsibility. There will be owies and bruises as they play and explore, but we promise that cuddles, kisses, and band-aids will follow them. Parenting is a constant, beautiful struggle that involves patience and learning. We have been blessed so that your child would have the opportunity of any college of their dreams.

If chosen, we will raise your child with faith and to become a wonderful, humble, well-rounded individual who will see the best in everyone. Let us put your mind at rest in one area: There is a family out there that is 100% supportive of you and would be beyond honored for you to help their family’s dream come true of growing in size and love.

Thank you and God bless you. We pray for you every night. Please know you are not alone in this hard time.

About Us

We are Pete and Lucy, and we’re high school sweethearts. We met at a high school bonfire. Lucy picked up Pete’s ping-pong ball when he shot it across the barn, and it’s history from there! Our dating consisted of five wonderful years of milking cows, four-wheeling, bowling, and friends. We have known each other over half our lives and have been married almost 14 years. Even though we have had some trials, every year our marriage gets stronger and stronger. We are outgoing people with values of faith and family and love to enjoy life. We were both raised in the country with our parents and siblings, who all are still very close. We appreciate carefree timelessness. Pete is a handyman in all areas and enjoys anything with a motor as well as working out with the kids. Lucy enjoys baking/cooking, walks with the family, and sketching.

Our Home & Pets

We are thrilled with the opportunity to adopt and to grow our family. While struggling to have a biological child, we always knew the path to growing our family would be through adoption. We have had one successful adoption and are ready for another. Some close relatives and friends have also adopted in the past, and we have seen how it has enriched their families.

Our Extended Family

We are a traditional practicing Catholic family. We get together for all the holidays with all our extended family, which includes a total of 65 nieces and nephews. We get together about once a week for cousin time. We enjoy getting together Sundays after church for BBQs and picnics. The older cousins usually are outside with the little ones teaching them some game, from bocce ball to baseball, but it usually ends in a game of 500.

Another big pastime at Pete’s parents’ farm is that the kids enjoy making forts in the woods. Right now they have two out there: one for the boys and one for the girls. In the winter, pastimes switch up a bit due to the weather, with lots of sledding and some ice skating, skiing, and snowmobiling. If it’s too cold outside, the kids enjoy games like dominos, cribbage, and Uno Attack, which is our son’s favorite (probably because he always wins!). We are incredibly blessed to have such a large family with similar values and goals and to get together as much as possible.

Our Adoption Story

We are thrilled with the opportunity to adopt and to grow our family. While struggling to have a biological child, we always knew the path to growing our family would be through adoption. We have had one successful adoption and are ready for another. Some close relatives and friends have also adopted in the past, and we have seen how it has enriched their families.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
