As you face this most difficult decision, please know that you are in our prayers and hearts. We have the utmost respect for you and the life changing decision that you are facing with wisdom and grace.

The journey of adoption is a marathon, not a sprint. We are ready to take this journey with you and be by your side to help, guide and support you in any way that we can. We sincerely hope to meet you one day and make all of our dreams come true!

About Us

What a journey Paul and I have had since we were married in 1998! Many things can happen in 18 years and we have definitely had our share of happy and sad times. What has always remained consistent is our will to succeed and never give up no matter what! We are definitely a strong and united team and once we put our hearts and soul into something, look out!

I was a 7th and 8th grade Language teacher for five years and then I was a middle school guidance counselor for 10 years after that. I presently substitute teach, volunteer at Make-A-Wish as a wish granter and volunteer at the NICU at Lurie’s Children’s Hospital.

Paul is the owner of a thriving moving and storage company. He is a self made man who exhibits the strongest sense of work ethic I have ever seen. Paul’s passion is working with youth hockey players. He assistant coaches and loves the interaction between himself and his team and their parents. He is an excellent coach! Paul also plays on two men’s hockey team.

Together Paul and I love going to movies, vacations, bike rides, boating, ice skating, attending Blackhawks games and basically just about anything together! We have a full life both together as a couple and independently.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a beautiful home in a wonderful family oriented suburb outside the city. We have bike paths, parks and nothing is out of our reach. We have a very feisty beagle who protects us with his howling and barking. We also have two beta fish and a frog.

Our Extended Family

I have one brother who lives in the same suburb we live in with his wife and their two children. Our children play youth sports together, we vacation together, we share holidays together and they are truly our best friends. Paul has two brothers who live about an hour from us. Six cousins on his side of the family provides a lot entertainment and fun family times making awesome memories. Both of our parents are healthy and happy. We are blessed to have Nana & Papa and Grandma & Grandpa who provide us with love, support and happiness all of the time.

What Led Us To Adoption

As I mentioned Paul and I have had our share of struggles. We lost two children to a rare birth defect. The loss, sadness and fear we felt became overwhelming. We had always wanted to adopt and the time felt right after we lost our son. We adopted our first son in 2006 and he was the most amazing gift we have ever received. The love we felt for him the very first time he was placed in our arms is indescribable. It is the GREATEST form of unconditional love I have ever experienced. We were then blessed with biological children and we have a wonderful family yet it doesn’t feel complete. We would love to adopt to complete our family. We have so much love to give and we truly cannot express our will and desire to open our hearts to adoption once more.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
