dear expectant mother
To you, the expectant mother:
We cannot imagine the thoughts you are having in your mind and do not envy the decisions you are trying to make right now. However, since you are reading this, we know you only want the best for the little one you are soon to bring into this world—and that is what we want too!
We know you will be going through a lot, both physically and emotionally, and we want to share that burden with you throughout the process. We will be sure to respect your wishes and boundaries throughout, but we want you to know you will be gaining two additional supporters should you choose us! Once the adoption has been completed, we do not plan on stopping there. We will make sure to communicate with you and commit to respecting future communication and contact as you are comfortable with.
Should you choose us as your baby’s adoptive parents, they will have two wonderful dads who will love them so much, but they will still only have one mother who brought them here to us. We will make sure they know you love them so much. While we will raise our son or daughter as our own, we will be forever grateful for the priceless gift you have given us, which we would not be able to have without you!
About Us
We have been together for over ten years and married for just about four. Paul has a successful career in hotel management, and Matthew loves his job building teams, people development, and business management. We both look forward to coming home from work to see and share our day with each other! Matthew loves to cook dinner for us each night. Afterward we will get into a competitive game of ping pong (Matthew usually wins), play cards, or go for a ride with the top down in our Mustang. Then we will hang out on the back deck with the dogs or watch some of our favorite reality shows before it is time to turn in for the night. We will usually end the week by having our family over for a “just because” dinner!
Our Home & Pets
We have both lived in New England since we were born. We have been in our home for about one year. It has plenty of room for a growing family and entertaining our extended family and friends. Our home has a fully fenced-in backyard with plenty of room for our dogs and future child to run around! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We are close to playgrounds, trails, and parks and a quick drive to beaches and restaurants. We have a five-year-old chihuahua-dachshund named Virginia and a 13-year-old Chihuahua named Charlie. Charlie doesn’t have any teeth, so he lets his tongue hang!
Our Extended Family
Having our family around is so important to us. We love celebrating their birthdays and hosting all of the holidays at our home. Our families are a bit on the smaller side, but we keep close contact with them all.
Matthew has one older brother who is married, and they have a five-year-old son and infant daughter. We absolutely LOVE our nephew and niece and love spoiling them every chance we can. Matthew’s father and his fiancee live locally, and we see them quite often. Matthew’s mom lives out of state, but we talk daily and see each other as often as we can.
Paul is an only child and has his father, uncle, and great-uncle who live locally. There are also a couple of aunts and uncles who live out of state.
What Led Us To Adoption
We are SO excited to become dads! Being a couple of the same sex, we are not able to have children the “traditional” way, but we decided that was not going to stop us! After exploring other avenues, adoption is the right choice for us and will help us connect with moms such as yourself! We have so much love to give, traditions to pass down, and the full support of those around us.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
