dear expectant mother
We want to begin with telling you how brave we think you are in considering this selfless act. The courage it takes to choose adoption is so admirable, and we feel extremely grateful for the possibility of unconditionally loving and raising your baby. This is a gift so few could ever give to us, and for that we will be forever thankful.
Family means everything to us, and we want to ensure your child knows what an amazing mother they have. We have every intention of letting your child know who their birth family is and will keep in contact with them in whatever way you choose. We think it is so special that your child will have so many people who love and care for them, and we plan on making sure they know their story.
Our home is filled with laughter and love, and a child will only add more of this to our lives. We look forward to sharing new adventures, traditions, and a lifetime of new memories as a family. We will encourage and support our child to be the best person they can be in whatever path they choose. We thank you for your consideration of us as parents and want you to know your child will be forever loved.
We’re Paul and Emily. We met while teaching at a school for individuals with autism spectrum disorder in 2010, and in 2015, we married. Paul is funny, personable, and one of the most caring people you will ever meet. Emily is dedicated, intelligent, and honest. Paul is now a P.E. teacher for a Title I school, and Emily still works with children with autism as a behavior analyst. Outside of work, Paul can be found coaching basketball and soccer, and Emily can be found volunteering for an animal rescue organization. In our spare time together, we enjoy spending time outside, walking our dogs, and trying new food. We look forward to sharing these simple joys in our life as our family grows.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a quaint town and are located just a short walk to the town center and a river with walking paths to explore. Our home is a three-bedroom, one-story house with historical charm and all of the modern amenities. We love our screened-in porch that leads to our large backyard, and our three animals couldn’t agree more. Our cat, Reeses, loves to sunbathe in the porch, while our dogs Storm and Bodhi love to run around in the yard.
Our Extended Family
We’re very close with both of our families. Paul’s parents live a short drive away, and we’re often found spending time with them on the weekends. Paul’s two brothers both live in Arizona with their wives, and even though we have to travel to see them, technology has helped us stay in touch, especially with our nephew. Paul’s extended family all live close as well and holidays are always spent together.
Emily’s parents live just a two-hour drive away on a beautiful, pristine lake. We make frequent trips to enjoy swimming, bonfires, and time together. Emily’s sister and her husband live just a few towns over with their two daughters. We celebrate every holiday together, even if it’s the day before or the day after. Emily’s extended family is all across the country, but every few years we do a large family reunion to bring us all together.
Both of our families have grown very close to one another, and you can often find us in each other’s company. Our families are so supportive of us on this journey and cannot wait for a new addition to join us in all of our family get-togethers!
What Led Us To Adoption
We always knew adoption was part of our family plan. After getting married, we faced infertility, and after three years of trying, we had the discussion that maybe adoption was simply coming sooner rather than later. We are beyond excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to share our home and love through this very special process.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
