Dear Birthmom

We have so much admiration and respect for your consideration of an adoption plan. We know this must be the most difficult decision to make. If you choose us, we promise you that your child will always know how much you love him or her. We promise that his or her story will be one of courage, compassion, and unconditional love. As someone who has chosen adoption for our baby in the past, we know that this decision is one that is done with the greatest love. If you chose us, we will give your child unconditional love. Your child will always know where he or she came from. We believe in honesty and know it is important for a child to know where he or she came from. We will provide your child with all the opportunities as possible to explore interests and hobbies. Your child will have two older brothers who will be overjoyed to have a sibling. We welcome you and are open to sharing as much information with you as you would like. Thank you so much for considering us, and we wish you all the best on your journey.

About Us

We have known each other for 25 years and have been married for 15 years. Patricia is originally from the East coast and William is from the West coast. We met when William relocated to take a position at a textile company. We have very diverse backgrounds. Patricia’s parents immigrated from Portugal. William’s family came from Germany, Scotland, and Mexico and his mother was born in Buenos Aires. He is fluent in Spanish, and we are both fluent in Italian. Our hobbies include traveling, cooking, and cycling. Patricia’s profession is nursing, and she is currently working as an instructor teaching in a nursing program. William works as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the computer industry.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a beautiful community near the water on a dead-end street near our sons’ schools. At the end our street, you can hop in a canoe and paddle into the bay. We have a large yard and great neighbors. There are many children in the neighborhood that our boys play with. We have friends of every race, color, and creed, and we enjoy neighborhood cookouts and house parties on a regular basis. Our proximity to town enables us to take advantage of all the city has to offer, and we are active in various local organizations, including school committees and Little League baseball. We have a lovely English Pointer who is an intricate part of our family. He accompanies us on many of our outings.

Our Extended Family

Family is very important to us. Patricia’s family lives 20 minutes away. Patricia and her mother are extremely close - they are best friends. Patricia also has a brother and sister. She has two beautiful nieces and one nephew. We see them all regularly. Her extended family also lives close by, and they consist of many aunts, uncles, and cousins. William’s family lives out West, so time with them is limited to a couple of times per year. William’s mom has driven across the country in a camper to see us on several occasions, and that has been quite fun. We spend holidays and birthdays together celebrating, and we make a whole day out of Sunday lunch just enjoying good food, catching up, and being together.

What Led Us To Adoption

We are blessed with two healthy sons, but we have always hoped for three or four children. After considering our options, we felt that adoption was the best way for us to grow our family. We have discussed this as a family and both boys are very excited at the prospect of having another sibling.

Many years ago, William was touched by adoption. He helped create an adoption plan for his baby. We feel that we can relate and understand many of the unique challenges of both the process and the future, ( and William agrees!) If we were chosen, this adoption would be a fulfillment of our hopes and dreams to expand our family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
