dear expectant mother
Hi there.
We want to let you know we appreciate you and thank you for reading this note. We recognize considering your options and an adoption plan cannot be easy. Even if we are not the future parents you are looking for, just know we are rooting for you and your baby on this journey. However, if you choose us, we promise you your child will live in a loving home with an extended family network with an abundance of LOVE.
We also recognize a desire of an expectant mother may be to ensure her child is in a loving home that has both a mother and father figure. We definitely have the father figure portion covered. Twice in fact! Rest assured, we have many women in our lives who are available to help in that female role.
We have long dreamed about what it will be like to experience Christmas morning through a child’s eyes and to see their excitement knowing Santa made a visit in the middle of the night. We are excited to travel with them to Disney World and help them experience new places. We are excited to watch them play with the neighborhood kids until the streetlights come on…to watch them experience their first love then help them through their first heartbreak…to watch them eventually graduate, help them navigate new opportunities, and so many more milestones in between.
If you choose us, we promise to provide your precious baby not only a home but a family filled with lots of love. Probably a few dad jokes too.
Sincerely,
Nick B & Nick A

About Us
We are Nick A and Nick B. Yes, both of our first names are Nick! We lovingly call ourselves Nick Squared. We met online and instantly connected. We quickly started spending more and more time together. Nick A works for a software company as a business analyst, and Nick B works in the non-profit world as a director helping kids with life-threatening conditions. We love to spend time with our friends and families. When not with friends or family, Nick B can be found at home binging the latest tv shows and working around the house. Nick A loves to reread the Harry Potter series or any fiction book and to play video games. Although our hobbies sometimes differ, we are often not too far from each other, laughing and spending time together. We also love to travel (mostly Disney!), see musicals that pass through town, and take pictures. So many selfies!
Our Home & Pets
We live in a subdivision in northern Kentucky and are surrounded by neighbors who would give the shirts off their backs for people in need. We are short drives away from several family-friendly attractions, including a zoo, aquarium, theme park, and several parks. We have a dog named Corra and a cat named Finn. Corra is the sweetest puppy who loves cuddles and walks! Finn loves to play and zoom through the house and sometimes meows, looking for treats.
Our Extended Family
Nick B has a big family. In addition to his mom and dad, he has four siblings (including his twin sister), five nieces and nephews, and several extended family members. His family celebrates as a group nearly every holiday. We love to get together to celebrate together, especially Christmas and each other’s birthdays. There are a lot of birthday celebrations. Nick is very close with his family and talks to everyone at least once a week but his parents daily.
Nick A’s family is smaller. In addition to his mom and stepdad, he has two siblings and one step-sibling, and we typically only celebrate the bigger holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas together with them. Nick has a very close relationship with his mom and talks with her frequently. Nick’s biological dad passed away a few years ago.
We also have our core group of friends we celebrate birthdays with. Every year have a Friendsgiving celebration with each other and their kids.
What Led Us To Adoption
We talked for a while about what the path to expand our family would be as we both have deep desires to be fathers. We briefly considered surrogacy, but Nick B’s sister inspired us to look into adoption. We have seen her journey as a foster parent and have seen many children who otherwise would not have had anyone come into her home. Ultimately, all the children who have been placed with her have been reunified with their families, but she still makes it a point to stay connected with each child she comes across, celebrating birthdays and holidays. While we think her path is beautiful, we know we want to be forever fathers and the journey meant for us to grow our family is through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
