We are extremely loving and dedicated to each other and our family. If you choose us as adoptive parents, we will treasure the opportunity to adopt, parent, and love your child.
We are so thankful to you for the opportunity share with you who we are. We have a son, and we hope to grow our family. If you choose us as adoptive parents, we will share our home, Christian faith, stability, and the abundance of love in our hearts. We love to be together as a family, making memories. We have so much love, tradition, and values to share and care to give. We hope to provide you with the peace of mind that, if you choose us, your child will be with a family that loves him or her unconditionally. We will share with your child many adventures and opportunities to grow to reach his or her fullest potential.
We were high school sweethearts and we dated for many years. We are happily married. We are a family of three. We have a son and also a small dog.
All our spare time revolves around having fun with our family. We enjoy being with each other doing family things. We have many common interests. We enjoy spending time doing outdoor activities, such as traveling, boating, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, having BBQ’s, and going for bike rides and long walks.
We have been told many times that we compliment each. We feel it is so because we are a tower of strength for each other.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a subdivision in a rural area on a cul-de-sac. We have a large lot with lots of land to run around on. It’s a great place to fly kites. All the neighborhood kids end up at our house with their bikes. They ride up and down the driveway and around the cul de sac. We have games of tag, basketball, and baseball with them.
We have a small dog named Duke, a Bichon Frise. It’s a big name for a little dog. He has really become part of the family. He loves to run outside with all the neighborhood kids.
Extended family is not too far. Jen’s sister, brother-in-law, and niece live down the street, about a mile away. It is wonderful because we are able to see each other daily.
Our Extended Family
Michael’s father passed away a number of years ago but his mom is local. Mike is the youngest of three children. He has an older brother and sister. He has a brother, sister-in-law, and a sister. Everyone is local. We have five nieces and nephews on Mike’s side.
Jen’s parents are in the area. They have been happily married for 40+ years. Jen is the oldest sibling - she has two brothers and a sister. All of her family is in the area too. In fact, her sister, brother-in-law, and niece live down the street. Every year we do a big family summer vacation with everyone. Which comes to about 14–15 people. All the cousins love it! Lots of little kids with lots of laughs, hugs, and kisses!
We keep in contact with all our cousins and second cousins. Everyone is fairly local. When we all get together we have quite the crowd!
What Led Us To Adoption
We both come from larger families. Mike has a brother and a sister and Jeanette has two brothers and a sister. We have a son and have wanted for years to expand our family. After seeking many fertility doctors, we have been unsuccessful. For us and our family, the desire for another child has only grown greater over the years. We have so much love to give another child. We would love another child to welcome into our lives, to love each day, to teach, and to watch grow.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
