dear expectant mother
We would like to begin by expressing our admiration for the strength it takes on your part to consider adoption for your child. It is a selfless decision, and we would truly be honored to be considered as parents to your precious baby. Our hope is that, with this letter, we will be able to provide you a picture of our family life. We are extremely loving and dedicated to each other and our family. If you choose us as adoptive parents, we will treasure the opportunity to adopt, parent, and love your child.
We are so thankful to you for the opportunity to share with you who we are. We have a son, and we hope to grow our family and give him a sibling to be a big brother to. If you choose us as adoptive parents, we will share our home, Christian faith, stability, and the abundance of love in our hearts. We love to be together as a family, making memories and sharing time with one another. We have so much love, tradition, and values to share and care to give. We hope to provide you with the peace of mind that, if you choose us, your child will be with a family that loves him or her unconditionally. We will share with your child many adventures and opportunities to grow to reach his or her fullest potential.
The story of us begins with us being high school sweethearts. We dated for many years and are now happily married, and a family of three! We have one son and a small dog to share our love with, and all our spare time revolves around having fun with family. We enjoy spending time doing outdoor activities, traveling, boating, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, BBQ’s, and going for bike rides and long walks. Mike cooks big weekend breakfasts, and on Sunday afternoons Jen cooks our spaghetti dinner. We are towers of strengths for each other, and love making new memories.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a subdivision in a rural area on a cul-de-sac, near a large city. We have a large home and lots of land to run around on. It’s a great place to fly kites, and all the neighborhood kids end up at our house with their bikes. They love to ride up and down the driveway, and we enjoy having games of tag, basketball, and baseball with them. We have a small dog named Duke, a Bichon Frise. It’s a big name for a little dog. He has really become part of the family. He loves to run outside with all the kids!
Our Extended Family
Michael’s father passed away years ago, but his mom is local. Mike is the youngest of three children, with an older brother and sister, and the best part is that everyone’s local! We have five nieces and nephews on Mike’s side that we love to spend time with. Jen’s parents are also in the area, along with her two brothers and one sister. In fact, her sister, brother-in-law, and niece live right down the street!
We get together a couple times a year for family vacations and weekend getaways, and every summer we do a big family vacation with as many as 15 people. We spend time doing outdoor activities, including boating, swimming, fishing, sandcastles, and having BBQs. Our weekend getaways are typically with family and going to the large nearby cities. The weekends are focused on site-seeing, outdoor sports, and educational activities.
We keep in contact with all our cousins and second cousins, and everyone is so excited to welcome a new little one!
What Led Us To Adoption
We have a son and have wanted for years to expand our family. After seeking many fertility doctors, we have been unsuccessful in conceiving another child. For us and our family, the desire for another child has only grown greater over the years. We have so much love to give another child. We would love another child to welcome into our lives, to love each day, to teach, and to watch grow.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
