dear expectant mother
We want to thank you so much for considering us to raise your child. We have been struggling with secondary infertility for about 18 years, so you can imagine this adoption means so much to us. We deeply admire your commitment to your child’s wellbeing, and we want to assure you that your child will know you love them so much.
Faith and family are a very big part of our life. We will do everything in our power to provide a loving, stable home. Some of the things that will be part of our day-to-day activities are prayers, family meals, snuggle time, and reading bedtime stories. We have weekly church services and nursery, and we are big fans of family traditions such as baking Christmas cookies, Operation Christmas Child, tree decorating, and family holiday shindigs.
We met through a mutual friend in 1994 and have been together ever since. We’ve encountered many obstacles throughout the years, and God has faithfully brought us through them all. We have one biological daughter who is now a live-in nanny, and now the ache to have another child is greater than ever. Dee is a Supervisor and Mike is a manager. We love our work and feel blessed to have such stable jobs. In our spare time, we love exploring the outdoors and going for walks together as well as learning more about history and literature. We would be absolutely honored if you were to choose us to parent your child, as it’s our hearts’ desire to have another child to pour our love into.
Our Home & Pets
We own our three-bedroom, multi-level home. It has a family room, a theater set-up in the living room, and a three-seasons porch. We also have a fenced-in yard great for playing and an inground pool. Our neighborhood is family friendly and quiet, with three local parks. We have an Australian Cattle Dog, who is very good with adults and children, and two cats. It doesn’t stop there: we even have a bearded dragon, and we’re also in the process of setting up a 55-gallon fish tank.
Our Extended Family
Sabbath rest is a weekly treat in our home. It is the one day a week where we do not do any chores or work; we go to church and then come home and spend time together as a family. Holidays are big in our family too, especially Christmas. The whole family gathers together, and we make Christmas cookies and a special cake to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Everything is on video, from going to see Christmas lights to cooking and singing carols. We participate in giving trees and Operation Christmas Child, in which we fill a shoe box with all kinds of goodies for children who may not otherwise have a gift.
We can’t wait to also share our daily traditions with your baby: our faith, nightly Bible stories, prayer, and background Christian music for sleep. We are an affectionate family with so many members close by, so we can spend time with each other often.
What Led Us To Adoption
We are very grateful for the opportunity to grow our family through adoption due to our long struggle with secondary infertility. We have one daughter who is now twenty and is a live-in nanny for two children. She is extremely excited to finally be a big sister, and we cannot wait to finally have the second child we have always longed for.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
