dear expectant mother
Thank you so much for considering giving us the opportunity to start the family we so badly want. “Thank you” feels insufficient to express the depth of our gratitude to you, especially because we know you are making a very difficult decision right now. Because of that, if you choose us, we are going to make sure your baby is showered with love and given every opportunity to flourish within our family.
We want you to know that although this moment in your life must be truly emotionally exhausting, we have seen firsthand that the adoption process can be a beautiful one. Zach’s sister has shown us that being an adoptive parent can be so, so rewarding, and her son has grown into a happy, active, and kind boy. We are truly honored that you are considering giving us the opportunity to provide the same for your baby. As you ponder your options, please know we understand and respect the weight of your decision and support you and wish you peace through this big life choice. If you do choose us, we will do everything in our power to justify the faith you have placed in us.
About Us
We love to be goofy with each other. Michele works as an office manager at an investment advisement company, and Zach helps to manage an oil and gas legal/title research company. But once we have completed our responsibilities, we like to be silly in the evenings, with mock arguments breaking out regarding which of us is the “weirder” one. (It’s Michele.) On the weekends, we love to use the nearby park for our hikes with the dog, but we will also chase a great hike up to two hours away. Michele has always been a great cook, and Zach is perfecting his grill skills. We love to get together with friends for games too!
Our Home & Pets
We live in a woodsy suburban community about 15 minutes outside of the city. The elementary school rests just at the edge of our neighborhood, and we frequently hear the sounds of children playing through our windows in the summers. We live with our dog, Lulu, whom we rescued from a situation where she was poorly fed and neglected. Living with us she has gained weight and is a very happy dog!! She loves her walks with us twice each day, and she knows exactly which houses in the neighborhood contain the other dogs and, more importantly, which houses have people who give treats! On the weekends, we take her on hikes at the gorgeous county park that is about ten minutes from our home.
Our Extended Family
Michele’s family is pretty big. She has five total aunts and uncles and 15 cousins, most of whom live in the same town as we do. We see all of them for most holidays, including the big ones like Thanksgiving but also the smaller ones like Memorial Day and Mother’s Day. She has one sister, who lives nearby with her husband, who shares lots of interests and hobbies with Zach. Her mom is excited to be the babysitter for us during work hours! Her family typifies the idea that it takes a village to raise a child, and Michele was raised alongside her cousins, many of whom remain her closest friends to this day. We lost Michele’s dad to cancer recently, and we miss him dearly. To honor him, Zach is sure to be the first one in line to get food at all the family gatherings.
Zach’s family is also fairly big, but most of them are scattered around the country. His mom only lives ten minutes away, though, and his uncle’s family lives close enough to see three or four times a year. He has one sister, who lives with her husband and two children in another state. We meet up for vacations at the beach!
What Led Us To Adoption
We have been trying very hard to start a family for quite a while! We got pregnant in 2020, but we miscarried at about eight weeks and have not been able to conceive since then. After the miscarriage, we tried multiple fertility procedures, culminating in IVF treatments; these, unfortunately, were not successful. While all of that was disappointing for us, we are ready and excited for the opportunity to welcome a child into our lives via adoption. We have a nephew who was adopted into the family in 2019. He has been a fount of joy and love within our family ever since, and we cannot wait to expand on those rewarding experiences by adopting a son or daughter of our own.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
