dear expectant mother
I want to thank you for considering me for the gift of motherhood. My words can never convey my gratitude. I can’t imagine how hard this decision must be for you, so I say thank you with all of my heart. Watching your baby learn and grow daily, nurturing them, and loving them unconditionally will bring me joy and a sense of purpose I have been waiting for my whole life.
I will do whatever it takes to be a good mom. I am open to any level of communication. I plan to be open with them about adoption and help them understand being adopted means they are loved by their birth family and by me and my family.
I look forward to helping your baby learn the basics reading, riding a bike, and swimming. I am also excited to see what makes this child unique and help them chase their dreams. Traditions are important to me, like cutting down my own Christmas tree and picking a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. I am really looking forward to sharing my family’s traditions and starting new ones with your child.
I was raised to be brave, confident, and hard working and to show love every day. I look forward to passing these traits on to your child. I want to thank you for considering me for this precious gift. Your selfless gift will never be forgotten.
My name is Michaela, and I am a survivor. I was burned when I was two years old, which led to the biggest blessings and lessons in my life. I witnessed the healing and compassion in nursing, and I was inspired. I have been a nurse for 10 years and an ER nurse for four years. I am passionate about serving my community through nursing and volunteering. I was born and raised in Washington State. I love adventure, hiking, water sports, and really anything outside. I love to travel and explore new places. My family is incredibly important to me! We get together to play games, cook, play with my niece and nephew, and carry on holiday traditions. Our holiday traditions include pumpkin patches in the fall and tree farms for Christmas. I can’t wait to share these traditions.
My Home & Pets
I live in a small Washington town. I love that I am close to my family, the mountains, the beach, and the city. I recently bought my first house, and I have loved making it my home, from painting my door mint green to putting pictures on the walls of my friends, family and adventures. I enjoy sitting out on the front porch on my swing and watching all of the kids in the neighborhood play. My dog, Oscar, loves to swim, run at the beach, chase birds, and swim in creeks when we go hiking.
My Extended Family
Family has and will always be the most important part of my life. I grew up with my extended family living very close by. I loved spending time with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
During the holidays, my family gets together for big dinners that are filled with love and laughter. Every summer we go to the beach for a family reunion.
I have one sister, whom I am very close to. She has a son and daughter, and the four of us spend as much time together as we can. My niece and nephew can’t wait to start new traditions with a baby, including going to Disneyland together. My family and friends have been so supportive and helpful every step of this journey. Hardly a day goes by without someone asking what is next and how they can help. They are so excited to welcome a new baby.
This year I surprised my granny with a trip to Hawaii. We had so much fun together. I can’t wait to travel and build sand castles with my baby and experience my favorite places as a mom.
What Led Me To Adoption
I have been interested in adoption as a path to motherhood as I was blessed with many examples of loving adopted families growing up. I had a large fibroid that required me to have a hysterectomy, and I came out of the experience with a call to adopt, believing this was the path for me to become a mother. I began to research my options and reached out to my friends who have adopted to learn about their journeys.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
