We want to thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We know that you are a brave and selfless woman for simply considering an adoption plan for your precious child. We hope that as you make these decisions, that you would find comfort and peace. And we hope that as you read our profile, you would be comforted in hearing a little about our lives and how we are wholeheartedly committed to children. Our faith in God has allowed us to have hope that we will one day be able to raise a child as our own.
We want you to know that as foster parents, we have been able to love our two girls while still sharing them with their birthmom. We understand the importance of making a child feel loved by all of those in his or her life, no matter what role they play or how often they see them.
In growing together over the past 11 years, we have been able to establish a strong foundation as a couple. We recognize our shared desires for the future. We have many goals and desires, but our greatest is to give the love and opportunities we have received in this life to a child of our own. If you choose us, we would love your baby deeply throughout all the ups and downs of life. We will honor whatever form of relationship you choose to have with him or her. Again, we admire you without even knowing you. If you choose us, we look forward to getting to know you and to bringing a baby into our home to nurture, inspire, encourage and love.
We met during our sophomore year of high school when our best friends began sitting at the same lunch table. We have grown up together and have stayed committed to our relationship throughout the years of high school, college, and first jobs. It has been such a special thing to watch each other grow up, while at the same time falling more and more in love. We are both special educators who have a passion for working with children of all ability levels. Megan is a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired and Hayes is an elementary Special Education teacher.
Together, we enjoy being outdoors with our pets and exploring new spots in nature. We also coordinate the local Special Olympics program and love hanging out with the athletes we coach. We enjoy a simple night at home around the bonfire or a morning of yoga and meditation.
Our Home & Pets
We have a cozy and serene cabin in the mountains. We love the outdoors and are surrounded by four acres of woods and a creek that runs behind our property. Our love for animals has led us to rescue a dog, two cats, and three potbelly pigs. All of our animals have various personalities and bring us so much joy. The pigs love a good brushing or belly rub, while our dog enjoys long walks around the trails on our property. Our cats like to snuggle up while we watch a movie.
Our Extended Family
Megan comes from a small, close family, and Hayes is one of eight siblings. Most of our immediate family live close, and we spend at least one night a week at Megan’s parents’ house having dinner. We love to go on hikes with our family members, and everyone loves coming out to our home to visit nature and the animals. We have a strong support system of extended family as well. They always travel out to see us for times of celebration. Megan’s side of the family gets together each summer to travel to the beach for vacation. We have lots of nieces, nephews, and younger cousins to play with. We enjoy watching the family continue to grow.
What Led Us To Adoption
We dreamed of adopting a baby as far back as we can remember. We would sit on the front porch of Megan’s parents’ house and talk about it as high school sweethearts. Shortly after marriage, we learned that having biological children would not be easy. Our adoption dream was further solidified by this news. We know this is the right path for us. We have fostered two beautiful girls in our home for over a year. As foster parents, we learned that we could love any child as our own. Our love for our daughters came so naturally and will continue even after they are reunified with their birthmother. We look forward to growing our family through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
