Thank you so much for considering us for the future of your precious little baby. We understand how difficult something like this can be and understand the weight of the situation you find yourself in. We are fully supportive and are willing to help you however we can.
It is imperative that you know we have every intention to instill unconditional love and culture in your baby's life, should you choose us. We will fully support an inquisitive mind that’s full of questions and wonder. We have every plan to support after-school functions like athletics, theater, and musical aspirations.
Though we can never truly understand what you are or may go through, we will be with you through the whole process. It can be a bit much and we can understand if you have hesitations. However, we need to tell you that if you choose us, we promise to love your baby with all we are from day one, and our families will embrace your child with full hearts. Our six-year-old son talks about your baby already. He’s never met them or you, but his little heart is so excited to be the best big brother he can be. If there is anything we can do for you to make this process easier on you, please let us know!
About Us
We are Ethan and Megan, and we are high school sweethearts from Northwest Iowa. We have been together for 13 years and married for eight years. We have been halfway across the country and back with Ethan’s time in the Navy. We have one beautiful son, who is six years old. We are a fun-loving family that love to do things together, like going to amusement parks, zoos, or other seasonal events, like water parks or pumpkin patches. We are not deterred by the weather, as we are content spending the day inside watching movies or snuggling under a blanket and playing board games together. We have a great deal of support in the area, as you will read later on, so we are ready for any challenge that comes our way.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a quiet town on a quiet street in Northwestern Iowa. It is a very family-friendly town that always has community events going on. We are animal lovers! We have two dogs: Scarlett a four-year-old golden retriever and Johnny a three-year-old German shepherd. We also have two cats: Kiara is our three-year-old ragdoll and Elsa is our rescue, who we believe is around five or six years old.
Our Extended Family
Ethan is the youngest of three children. He has older brothers and two parents. His oldest brother also lives in Northwest Iowa with his wife and their two children. His middle brother lives in Colorado with his girlfriend. He and his brothers have a deep love for all things comics along with being movie buffs. Their family as a whole is very deep into sports like football and baseball, with a united front in the Vikings of the NFL and a diverse array of teams in the MLB.
Megan is the oldest of four siblings. Her oldest sister lives in Kansas with her husband and their two kids. Next is her brother, who still lives with their parents at home, helping them with their small farm. Lastly is her youngest sister, who lives in Northwest Iowa with her boyfriend. On her parents’ farm, they don’t raise cattle or grow crops but have a wide array of animals they take care of and nurture every day. Her sisters, mother, and she love to have girls’ days and go shopping in town.
What Led Us To Adoption
Coming to this decision has been a long journey, but it is the journey we are meant to be on. We love our son and are blessed to have him in our lives, but we are unable to safely carry another child. Adoption has always been in our hearts. After a miscarriage, we knew adoption was the best way to continue our life's journey together. Though we know many challenges are still to come, we look forward to them.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
