dear expectant mother
We can't imagine what you are going through right now. We are so blessed to be considered by you as prospective parents for your child. If your child comes home with us, our lives will revolve around her schedule. When she's awake, your baby will be cuddled by her new family, who will have to learn to take turns with her. She will come with us wherever we go so we can show her off to family and friends. What a blessing your child will be to our family! She will grow up knowing she is not only loved by her parents but also adored by her older siblings.
Growing up in the country has so many opportunities! Not only do we take time to teach our kids how to ride horses and bikes but we also take time to play with our kids. Around our yard, we can stop what we’re doing to push the kids on the swing or jump with them on the trampoline. From the jungle gym, we can head over to the barn to play with the kittens in the spring. After we’re done in the barn, we can grab the halters and some oats and go to the pasture to catch the pony and take turns riding around the yard. Then we’ll gather up the eggs on our way to the house to cook lunch.
Your child will have a warm and stable home, the love of a family, and endless opportunities.
We raise cattle for a living, which means we get to work together every day and make our own schedules. We love the springtime, when all the baby animals arrive. We love to go outside and take the kids with us to see the new baby calves and to check on the cows. We are more than just a couple; we are a working team. Together we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. We have a deep love for one another, for our family, and for what we do on our ranch. We try to get all our work done together so when the kids come home from school, they are our priority. We make sure they had a good day at school and the homework is done. After supper is finished, we all have family time to play games or do fun activities.
Our Home & Pets
We have a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a main floor and a basement. Our yard includes a jungle gym with two slides and a climbing rope, and we have three swing sets with eight swings total. We grow a large garden with a small fruit orchard by the jungle gym. Our yard also has eggs to gather from the chicken coop, barn cats to pet, guineas, and a friendly dog to lick faces clean. There is a large trampoline in the orchard by the pear tree. We have a great neighborhood. In the summer, we get together at our home for bonfires with s’mores and swimming with friends in our giant pool. We can’t wait to have a new baby to experience these fun-filled activities with.
Our Extended Family
Lisa grew up as the youngest of five kids. Her family gets together for every holiday and significant birthday, usually at her parents’ place. Her favorite family tradition is the music. Lisa plays piano, and she and all her siblings play guitar and sing along to entertain the family. We are already giving our daughter piano lessons and plan to have the boys play a stringed instrument, hoping one day our kids can jam with the rest of us.
Matthew grew up as the second of four kids. His family gets together for holidays, but they also see each other every time somebody needs a hand working with cattle. They love to get on the horses and have a good discussion while trailing cattle down the road.
Both of our families love to play games. In the summertime, volleyball and croquet are a blast in the sunshine. Come winter, it’s family board games like Pictionary and Monopoly and lots of card games.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption has been calling to us for a few years now. We see it everywhere and hear about it on the radio, at church, on billboards, and even from the people we meet. It’s in our hearts to adopt, and we both feel being parents is our greatest calling in life. We love our kids and want to share that love with another child and with another family. If we are blessed with a child to join our family, she will gain brothers and a sister, many cousins, and many extended family members to love her.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
