dear expectant mother
We want to begin by thanking you for taking the time to get to know us and for considering us as possible parents to your child. You have made such a courageous and selfless decision in choosing the path of adoption, and we recognize that it takes a tremendous amount of bravery, trust, and love for your baby.
We cannot imagine what you must be going through right now, but we can assure you that we can provide the love and support both you and your child deserve. We know we can provide a God-centered, safe, loving, stable home for your child. As you review our profile, we hope you will recognize that we are fully prepared and eager to expand our family and can’t wait to share all our favorite hobbies and traditions. We also realize that without you, this would not be possible, and we are completely amazed by your strength to make such a difficult decision.
We know the amount of love you already have for your baby, and we hope to be the family to love him or her equally as much and to make sure he or she always knows how much you love them too!
We are Matt and Jess from Kansas! Matt was born and raised in Kansas, and Jess is originally from Texas. We met in Oklahoma in 2015. After maintaining a long distance relationship for about a year, Jess made the move to Kansas, and we got married a year and a half later. Matt has a daughter named Charley, whom he adopted from birth, and Jess has two children, Tucker and Tatum. This blended family is truly blessed, and we would love to share our lives with another child. Matt works full time as a water plant operator, and he also manages several rental houses, caters barbecue, and raises cattle. Meanwhile, Jess works full time as a legal secretary. We attend church every Sunday and enjoy activities with our church family. A few of our favorite things to do as a family are fishing, riding bikes, and kayaking.
Our Home & Pets
Our five-bedroom home is in the country, surrounded by acres and acres of land to play on and explore. We have almost every farm animal imaginable: cows, horses, pigs, goats, and free-range chickens. They are so fun to watch, and they love getting treats! We also have three dogs (Roco, Scout, and Duke) that we love to take on rides and to swim in the ponds. We have a garden that we plant and harvest every year, and it is overlooked by the treehouse Matt built for Charley. We believe a home should be built on a strong foundation of love, trust, respect, and God, and we would love the ability to share this with your child.
Our Extended Family
We are fortunate to live within two miles of Matt’s parents and see them several times a week. Charley loves them to pieces, and we are almost positive they would tell you she is one of six reasons their world goes ‘round. They love all their kids and grandkids fiercely. Matt and both of his brothers went to college at Kansas State, so his whole family has season tickets to the home football games. During football season, we spend the weekends at a nearby campground and tailgate all day on game day. All of the kids love getting together to play and cook s’mores, and we can’t wait to add one more little Wildcat fan to the family!
Jess’s family lives in Texas, and we visit as much as possible. They are very church-driven, and her parents take the grandkids on mission trips and church camps over the summer, as Jess’s dad is a Pastor of their local church.
Both of our families love kids; the more the merrier! We consider ourselves very blessed to have such supportive families who will welcome another child into the family with open arms and hearts.
Our Adoption Story
We believe everything happens for a reason and according to God’s plan. Adoption has always been something we have talked about and been excited about, especially since our sweet Charley is adopted. After trying unsuccessfully to conceive through fertility treatments, we knew we were meant to continue building our family through adoption. Since Matt has been through the adoption journey before, we know first-hand how amazing and wonderful adoption can be. We believe we can offer your child a life full of unconditional love and support to grow and thrive.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
