We would like to introduce ourselves to you. First of all, we want to let you know that we respect you, and we respect the difficult decision you are considering. Considering adoption is very admirable. We have had a dream to have another child in our home, and we feel blessed to have this opportunity.
As a family in the summertime, we enjoy sitting outside watching baseball games and relaxing around the campfire in our backyard, taking in the sounds around us. When it’s cold out and the holidays come around, we always anticipate picking out our pumpkins and Christmas tree at the local farm. We look forward to sharing our traditions with a child.
If you choose us as adoptive parents for your precious child, we would like to assure you that we will raise your child with love. Through our immediate and extended family, as well as close friends, we can assure you that your child will develop a sense of independence, confidence, and a strong sibling relationship. We thank you for taking the time to consider us for adoption. We believe it would be a great privilege to maintain a semi-open adoption and promise to keep you updated as your child grows.
Our names are Matt and Jess. We originally met online, as so many couples do in today’s world. We immediately had a strong bond. Jess and her son re-located a short distance from her immediate family to be closer to Matt and to take a new job as a Registered Nurse. Jess has been a Registered Nurse since graduating from college in 2008. Matt was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and works as a Security Manager in the hospitality industry. It wasn’t long until we moved in together and began to strengthen the bond of our family of three. Since this time, we have enjoyed traveling to several locations, such as Niagara Falls, where we got engaged, Myrtle Beach, and Disney World. We believe it is good to have roots in a community, but also travel to see what the country and the world have to offer.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a five bedroom, split-level home located on quiet street. The local school district is one of the highest rated in the area. We have two dogs, one is a Beagle-mix and the other is a Black Lab mix, both of whom love children. The dogs love to run in the yard, where we also see the occasional deer pass through.
We live in the Lehigh Valley Region of Pennsylvania. The Lehigh Valley area is located between Philadelphia and New York City, which provides access to easy day trips to see historical landmarks, museums, and sports events. We both have a large extended family, whom we visit on a regular basis. They are a major support system for us and have played a major role in our journey.
Being born and raised in the area in which we currently reside, Matt has a large extended family in the immediate area. Jess also has a large family who are all located only one hour away. We see them often. Jess has a seven-year-old son, Josh, who resides with us. She also has one sister, a niece, and nephew. Matt has a brother, a sister, and one niece. We both also have extended family located in different states. Our immediate family is very supportive of our decision to adopt. They are very happy for us. We often have gatherings at our home to visit with family. Our family also attends several events which are to support Josh and various extracurriculars he is involved in.
Our Extended Family

Matt was born and raised in the area in which we currently reside and therefore has a large extended family very close by. Jess also has a large family and they are located only 1 hour away. We enjoy having everyone so close by and often have family gatherings at our home. Our families also attend several events throughout the year to support Josh and the various activities and extracurricular sports he is involved in. We both also have extended family located in different states. They are all very supportive of our decision to pursue adoption and are so happy and excited for us.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have tried unsuccessfully to conceive a child since we got married. We have personally experienced the beauty of adoption in our family, and it has played a major part in our adoption journey. We have seen how loved they are, and the blessings they have brought to our family. We have prayed about this decision and have accepted that we cannot have a biological child. We are blessed to have this opportunity for adoption and bring another child into our lives.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
