dear expectant mother
We thank you for considering us to raise your baby. We know that considering adoption is a very difficult decision. We know that a mother making an adoption plan for her baby is also making a tremendous sacrifice, and we know that it takes a great deal of strength and determination. We can only imagine what you are going through at this moment and we want you to know that we admire your courage for taking this step.
If you choose us as adoptive parents for your baby, we want to assure you that your baby will be loved with all our hearts. We will provide your baby with a nurturing environment where they can explore different interests and reach their full potential. We are fully prepared to give them all the love they deserve.
We turned to adoption because we really wanted to have a larger family with more children, but were only blessed with one daughter. Your baby will be a very welcome addition to our family. We will be forever grateful to you for giving us the opportunity to have another baby in our family.
We were born in Venezuela, and we met there through our families. We got married in 2006 and have since lived outside our home country. After getting married, we have lived in England and Australia, and now we have happily settled in the United States. Our cultural breadth is remarkable. We each have higher education degrees and speak several languages.
Miguel works in the oil industry and this has been what’s taken us all over the world. He is analytical, trustworthy, and hardworking. In his spare time, Miguel is an accomplished musician. Maria is a lawyer in our home country, but here in the United States, she works as a substitute teacher in our independent school district. She is creative, adaptable, and loves children and animals. Together we love cooking and vacations at the beach or pool. Our daughter does ballet and we frequently go to performances in our town.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a family-friendly community within one of the best independent school districts in the country. We live in a very nice two-story, single-family house on a quiet cul-de-sac. We share our home with our adopted cats Snowball and Snowflake. Apart from the school district, the suburban area we live in offers all sorts of activities for kids, from water parks to malls and music and dance academies. Amenities and businesses are ever expanding, and our suburb is one of the fastest growing in the area. We have been living in this area since arriving in the United States about four years ago and we wouldn’t change it for anything.
Our Extended Family
Our extended families are quite large. Maria’s family is by far the largest, having three siblings of her own and more than ten uncles and aunts plus countless cousins. Miguel has two siblings, one uncle, one aunt, and two cousins. Our families are all over the place, including different places in America (mainly Venezuela, but also Central and North America) and Europe (mainly Italy). Our closest family members are located only a couple of hours away by plane. Thanks to technology — frequent telephone and video calls — we can be in contact with our closest family. We try to get together with some members of our extended family at least once a year, which could mean meeting in the United States or some other place in the world. We really treasure the time we can spend face-to-face with them because nothing beats a warm hug.
What Led Us To Adoption
What lead us to adoption is the desire to have a larger family ourselves. We come from relatively large families that lived in houses filled with people, but God only blessed us with a single daughter. We tried to get medical help but it was not meant to be. Through time we have felt something was missing. Adoption is the best option for us to grow our family and give our daughter a sibling. We want to share our wonderful lives and our love and are prepared to do our best to raise a baby and offer him every opportunity to have a wonderful life.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
