dear expectant mother

Thanks for taking some time to get to know us and considering us as a potential family for your baby. We consider this a great honor. We hope to have the opportunity to meet you and get to know a little more about you, as well as your hopes and dreams for your baby.

When we became parents four years ago, we knew it was God’s plan for our life; simply, it was what we had been called to do. We have never been so in love! Some people say we spoil our son, but we spoil him with love and activities! We love to create family memories, go on vacations, visit with our family, and just enjoy our home! We will love our next baby in the same way, with all that we are. Our house is spirited (loud) and chaotic, but it would be a secure, safe, loving, and fun place for your baby to grow up. We value faith, family, education, a multicultural environment (we both speak Spanish), and having lots of fun along the way.

We think adoption is about nothing but love. We want to send you a big hug, and we want you to know that whatever decision you make, there are people out there thinking about you and praying that you may find peace and comfort in the family you pick.

About Us

Hi, we’re Manny and Megan! Manny is a nurse and works in the emergency room; he is currently working on getting his Nurse Practitioner degree and will be done in May 2019. Megan works part time as an accountant at a wonderful firm. Manny is always active; he loves sports and working in the yard, and he has a contagious laugh! Megan loves to bake, decorate her home, and work in the yard also. She is loving, patient, and loves to care for her boys and doggies. We have a four-year-old son named Josiah. He is super active, kind, and loves babies. He tells everyone he meets, “I’m going to be a big brother!” With a four-year-old boy at home, we spend most of our time playing sports in the yard, using building blocks, and going on walks. We would both agree that our primary loves are God and family.

Our Home & Pets

Our home is a three-bedroom, ranch-style home with a huge, enclosed back yard. We landscaped our yard with a growing family in mind. There is a dedicated play area with grass, a sandbox, and play structure. There is also a built-in slide from one level to another! The neighborhood is great, with beautiful views of the mountains and wonderful neighbors. There are local parks that we often visit; the closest one has a splash pad! We have two doggies, Dougie and Maddie. They are the most patient dogs ever created. They let Josiah just lounge on them at his command. They truly are what you would call “gentle giants.”

Our Extended Family

We both have large families that live within a half-hour of our house, so there are always fun activities happening!

Grammie and Papa’s house is a favorite destination of the grandkids; there is a swimming pool, and they are always offered a sweet treat of some sort. Babies have been multiplying like wildflowers in Megan’s family (two more currently on the way!), so your baby will grow up surrounded by cousins close in age. This has been such a blessing for our son, who has a cousin the same age. Living so close, we go on outings to the park, children’s museum, McDonalds play place, and to the zoo frequently.

Manny’s parents have a ranch, and we love to go there and hang out with the animals and play on the quads. We can’t wait to share this with another baby! All kids love going there! And Manny’s mom makes some killer Mexican food!

Our Adoption Story

We always knew we wanted to grow our family through adoption. After we had been married for four years, we began our first adoption journey. Through this, God brought us to our first angel, Josiah. We have loved every minute since. We have had a very positive experience with our first adoption and are excited to begin the process again. We are open with our son about how much his birth mother loved him, and we have a good relationship with her. We share pictures and texts with cute things. We would hope to have the same relationship with our next birth mother, but will respect your wishes.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
