dear expectant mother
We are honored that you are considering placing your child with our family, and we understand that choosing adoption is a very difficult decision. We also understand that the amount of options for adoptive families can be overwhelming, and that all seem to be good choices. Just know that while you are trying to figure out the best option for you and your beautiful baby, we hope you feel loved and supported, no matter what your decision may be. We admire you so much for choosing life and for considering adoption; entrusting your child to be raised by someone else requires incredible bravery, strength, honesty, and, most of all, love for your child.
If we are the people you choose to trust with your beautiful baby, we promise that your child will be happy and always know they are loved. We can’t wait to share the experiences that we had growing up, like going on family trips to Disney World and baseball games, learning to ride a bike, baking at the holidays, and so much more. You can also be assured that the gift you give will never be taken for granted. We have truly been blessed in so many ways, and we hope we will soon be blessed with a child to love and cherish as our own. Thank you for taking a small peek into our lives.
After meeting at the wedding of mutual friends, we married in 2010. Jonathan is a construction project manager and has been at his job for over 13 years. With Jonathan’s job, Lauren is able to stay at home, and she uses that time to do charity work with her mom. Jonathan enjoys playing/watching sports, video games, movies, board games with friends, and making people laugh uncontrollably. Lauren enjoys reading, movies, and doing anything with animals. At the age of nine, Lauren contracted a form of bacterial meningitis and because of that she had to have both legs below the knee and four fingers amputated. Through the use of prosthetics and physical therapy, Lauren was able to walk and live a normal life, which includes movie nights, playing games with friends, spending time with our families, and traveling to new and exciting places.
Our Home & Pets
We live in beautiful two-story, five-bedroom home with an extra-large front and back yard within walking distance of an elementary school. We have six animals, four dogs and two cats, all adopted from our local animal shelters: Maggie is our oldest and is definitely the leader of our pack, very loving and protective; Mookie is our dog that loves to always be outside; Maverick is the most laid back of all of our animals; Krayola is our most energetic, and the biggest, but thinks she is a small lap dog; and Astro and Lola are both very social cats.
Our Extended Family
Lauren has one younger brother, and they were raised by her mother and step-father, whom she feels lucky to have, as he raised her as his own. Lauren’s family lives close, less than a three-minute drive away, and we see them regularly.
Jonathan is the youngest child and has one brother, and his parents have been married for over 40 years. His parents have a ranch about three hours away, but we still make time to see each other regularly. Jonathan's brother lives in the same city, and he’ll meet us for dinner about once a week.
We both have extremely large extended families and have several family get-togethers a year. We can’t wait to have a child to bring along and share in all the wonderful memories.
What Led Us To Adoption
We tried for several years to conceive on our own, with the help of fertility treatments. After a miscarriage, we decided to explore other avenues to starting our family. Jonathan has a cousin who has a little girl through adoption, and we have seen the joy she has brought to their family. We cannot wait to begin a family of our own.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
