dear expectant mother
We are so honored that you’re reading our letter! It is by far the most important thing we’ve ever written. Above all, we want to say thank you. A mother's love is selfless, putting another’s needs and best interests before their own. Thank you for being an example of this selfless love by choosing life and choosing adoption. We are humbled and so very thankful that you would consider us to love, protect, and raise your precious child.
Our pictures can only show what’s on the outside, and we wish we could show you the inside, what’s really in our hearts. We sometimes feel afraid, nervous, and anxious about this journey. Maybe you’re feeling these things, too. We are also overflowing with hope, longing, and joy and excitement for the future. A future as parents! We are ready for all of it: infancy, the “terrible twos,” the action-packed middle school years, the drama-filled teen years, college, young adulthood, and everything in between and beyond.
We have been blessed beyond measure with loving, supportive families. We want nothing more than to share that love and happiness with you and your family through the miracle of adoption!
We grew up in the same hometown and became friends in high school. We began dating after graduation, had a fairy-tale wedding in 2013, and are more in love today than ever! We believe a solid marriage forms a family foundation for kids to grow and thrive. You can be assured of our commitment to each other and to raising our children in a stable and faith-filled home. Kyle is the Community Service Officer for a local Police Department, but when not working he’s basically a big kid himself: always the first one in the pool and the last one around the campfire. Joanna is the office manager for a massage therapy practice, and she loves party planning, baking, and musicals. Growing up on a Christmas tree farm, Jo is a little crazy when it comes to holidays, and she tends to go overboard! Together, we love hanging out with our families, watching sports, and doing little projects around the house.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a four-bedroom, three-bath home at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. Directly across the street is Joanna’s sister and family, and we have good friends with kids on both sides. We have a huge, fenced-in backyard, where you’ll find the sweetest two rescue dogs, Harley and Chance, chasing the squirrels or basking in the sunshine as often as possible. We love to entertain, hosting Thanksgiving, barbecues, and birthday parties all year long. Our hometown is known as a resort community, so there’s no end to all the outdoor activities, festivals, parks, playgrounds, beaches, and concerts nearby.
Our Extended Family
We’re so lucky to have both of our parents only ten minutes away! They’re all young and energetic and already have so much planned for their future grandchild! We have another grandpa living part-time in Arizona and a great-grandma living a few hours away, in a historical village full of museums and attractions.
Kyle has a sister and two nieces (our god-daughters), and Joanna has a brother (Kyle’s best friend), two sisters, and six nieces and nephews, all less than twenty minutes away. We have cousins, aunts, uncles, and a great group of friends with many young children to play with.
We are a goofy, fun-loving bunch who love a good themed party, whether it’s a Toga Party, Hawaiian Luau, Ugly Sweater Party, or even a St. Patrick’s Day parade float. All of our family and friends are very supportive and excited for us build our family through adoption. We know our family will wrap your little one in endless love, encouragement, and kisses!
What Led Us To Adoption
To be honest, life really threw us a curveball. Our whole lives, all we’ve ever dreamt of was a house full of kids. We started trying as soon as we got married, later learning that due to very rare genetic abnormality, we’d never be able to have biological children. We were devastated and took some time to grieve and process this life-changing news. After many prayers, we realized our dream hadn’t changed at all. We still want a loud, happy, crazy house full of kids, and through the blessing of adoption we pray it will happen! We have so much room in our hearts, our homes, and in our lives for little ones and are so grateful that God has led us to this miracle.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
