Dear Birthmom

We could not begin to imagine how difficult it must be to consider an adoption plan for your baby. We admire you and are so very grateful you would consider us to raise your child. It takes a lot of courage, strength and heart to come to this decision. We will be forever appreciative if you choose us.

Please know you are making our dream of becoming a family come true, we will never forget you or take you for granted. We would make sure your child hows how brave and selfless his or her mother is. They will always know their mother loves them so much.

We both have always imagined ourselves as parents, entrusting us with this life-changing gift would mean everything to us. We would raise your baby with the same values that we were both brought up with. We would teach them right from wrong, how to treat everyone with respect and to always be the best person they can be. We promise to support him or her and help them achieve all their goals in life. We promise lots of happiness and family all around, fun and good times to share, and so many great memories filled with love.

About Us

We met while Korey was living in New York City and I was living in Colorado. After seven months, we began dating, Korey moved to Colorado, and we have now been together for almost 4 years. Korey is an Engineering Specialist and I work in customer service for the National Environmental Health Association. We love the outdoors and enjoy spending our free time hiking, biking, playing tennis and going to the park with our dog. We also spend a lot of time with our large extended family in Colorado; going to the mountains, having picnics and enjoying nature.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a 2-story townhome that I bought in 2014. Our home is in a nice residential neighborhood, near bike trails and many spacious parks. We adopted a miniature pinscher/chihuahua mix named Spencer in January of 2015 from a local shelter. Growing up, animals were a big part of both of our childhoods and we couldn’t wait to rescue a dog and make him part of our family. Spencer is a little ball of energy that loves attention and is always ready to play or cuddle. He also loves to visit my sister and brother-in-law’s house so he can run and play with their dog and my nephew.

Our Extended Family

When Korey moved to Colorado, he was quickly introduced to my extremely large family, full of aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. We visit them and my parents at least once a month for long weekends. My sister lives about a mile from us and we frequently spend time at her house with her husband and their 1½ year old son, Nolan. In our family, there is always a birthday party, wedding, graduation or picnic around the corner, giving us constant reasons to all get together & have fun. Korey’s mom tries to visit once a year as well and sometimes she brings Korey’s 7-year old nephew. My parents also make trips to visit and we find time to visit the aquarium, the park or just hang out in the backyard. Family is one of the most important things to both of us.

What Led Us To Adoption

One of the first things we found we had in common was our love of kids and how much we wanted to be parents one day. We’re both very family-oriented, having a house with kids, pets, lots of laughter and fun was something we always talked about for our future. When we were financially secure and confident we could provide a solid foundation for a baby we knew it was time to start expanding our family. We always knew adoption was the right path for us. We will forever provide your baby with unconditional love, warmth, support and security. We can’t wait for our dream of growing our family to come true.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
