Dear Birthmom
Hi! We are Kevin and Chrissy. Together we would like to thank you for taking the time to read through our profile, getting to know more about who we are and what our family is like. Growing our family through adoption for the second time is something we have been praying about and hoping for. We have been blessed beyond measure with our daughter, and know that God is leading us here once again.
We hope that a caring and compassionate expecting mother, like you, is looking for us! The decision you are faced with is not easy, and we are amazed by the strength and courage it has taken you to find us. We want you to know that the sacrifice you are making for your child will never be forgotten. We would be forever grateful to you for giving us the opportunity to grow our family.
About Us
We have been married for eight years, and together for over fifteen years. Kevin is a high school social studies teacher and basketball coach. Chrissy is also a teacher, specializing in math for kindergarten through fourth grade. We absolutely love the work we do and the people we work with.
Together we love to travel during the summer when we have a little break from the school year. We enjoy taking vacations with our extended families and watching all of the little ones play together. We always look forward to the times when we can spend quality time together as a family and explore new places at the same time. We also enjoy spending time with our close friends. Most of our close friends also have young children and the kids have formed some great friendships.
Our Home & Pets
We moved into our new home two years ago with the idea of growing our family in mind. Our four bedroom home is located in a quiet cul de sac of a safe and very family-friendly neighborhood. When the weather is nice, you can find us outside! The kids in the neighborhood enjoy playing outside together regularly. Our lovable nine-year-old chocolate lab, Bailey, loves our big backyard too! One of the reasons we moved here was because of the great schools and family friendly atmosphere. We have built great friendships with our neighbors, and it is a wonderful place to raise a family.
Our Extended Family
We are very close with our families. Both of us have siblings who we also consider to be our best friends. Chrissy has an older sister who has two young children. Kevin’s older brother also has two children. Our daughter loves that she can call the four of them her cousins AND her friends! Our parents are an important part of our lives too, as they help to care for our daughter (and all the cousins) when needed. We credit our parents with giving us amazing childhood experiences filled with love and opportunity. We would love nothing more than to give our children the same opportunities, experiences and unconditional love they will need to live a happy and fulfilled life. There is no shortage of support, love, hugs, and kisses in this family. The whole family is so excited to be welcoming a new little one through adoption again!
Our Adoption Story
Adoption holds a very special place in our hearts. Four years ago, we became parents after our daughter’s birthmother made the decision to choose us. It is because of this relationship that we will consider ourselves forever blessed. Words cannot express the love that we have for our daughter and the amount of respect and admiration we have for her birthmother. We tear up just thinking about the special moments we have had connecting with her birthmom and the moment when our daughter came into our lives. There just aren’t words to describe how wonderful our adoption experience has been. As we move ahead and try to grow our family through adoption again, we are very hopeful that our experience will be equally as positive as it was the first time!

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
