dear expectant mother
Thank you for taking the time to view our profile and consider our family to raise, love, and cherish your little one. We cannot begin to imagine the journey of love and courage you are taking. You are strong and selfless, and we know that you are considering the path of adoption because you love your child and want the very best for them.
You can trust our family will provide a life of happy memories, abundant laughter, and unconditional love. As a family, we enjoy spending time together outdoors, going to local parks, fishing, and traveling to sporting events. Our neighborhood bustles with activity in the evenings and weekends as kids play with one another and families warm their grills for barbecues. We often organize pick-up games of baseball, soccer, and football, and our family has even put together water balloon battles. We hope that these traditions will continue with your child.
In your decision to move forward with adoption, please know that we understand this is a very emotional process for you. We are here to support you and respect you through this course, and we hope that our paths will cross again if we are connected. Finally, our hearts are open with love and excitement for the future. Thank you for considering us.
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as Keith and Dawn. In 2008, our love story began. We caught eyes at work, and in 2009, wedding bells rang. Dawn works in human resources and enjoys baking, so much so she’s writing a family cookbook. Keith works in food service and likes to fish. We also have a six-year-old son, Levi, who is a soccer fanatic. Our family enjoys time outdoors, playing pick-up games of baseball, football, and soccer with the neighborhood kids. Our most cherished family traditions take place in the kitchen baking cookies, eating together at the table, and recounting favorite family memories. We look forward to sharing more of these memories as our family grows.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a warm and cozy home in the suburbs. Our house has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, a deck that overlooks the mountains, and a large fenced backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly. Fun activities and neighborhood picnics line the streets and make our community special, and our town also features a great school district, local parks, and fun playgrounds. We even live within minutes of a family-friendly amusement park.
Our Extended Family
We are so blessed to have such a supportive, caring, and truly remarkable family.
Dawn and her two siblings (a brother and twin sister) remain close, living only a hop, skip and a jump away! Holidays, birthdays, and Sunday afternoons burst with excitement as everyone gathers to celebrate each occasion. Weekends on Grandma’s back porch create the perfect setting for kids’ games in the backyard and juicy hamburgers on the grill. In the summer, Dawn’s family meets for an annual beach trip, and the holiday season offers a special time for cookie baking. In the fall, everyone joins together to go apple picking; later, homemade apple pies are made with all the apples. It’s always a fun time!
Keith’s parents are no longer living. However, Keith’s brother, sister-in-law, and his niece and nephew live only thirty minutes away. We love seeing them as often as possible, and the annual crab fest and picnic is also a time that unites everyone in the summer.
What Led Us To Adoption
The decision to start a family began eight years ago. We were so excited to grow our family, but we didn't know it would be so hard. After nearly two years of seeing a fertility specialist, we finally got pregnant with our son, Levi. Our success with Levi gave us the courage to try again, but our plan ended when Dawn was diagnosed with the BRCA gene, the gene that increases the risk for both breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Dawn made the decision to have a preventative double mastectomy and later a hysterectomy, but this diminished any hope of having another child biologically, so we turned immediately to adoption. This opportunity has resurrected our dream to grow our family, and we are so grateful.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
