dear expectant mother
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about us! We know this is such a difficult decision for you to make, and we are completely grateful you would even consider us to parent your child. If you decide to bless us with your special child, our promise to you is that we will raise your child in a home that is loving, open, and full of laughter.
We would love the opportunity to get to know you, if this is what you would like as well. The two of us are very excited and ready to have our own family and have struggled with infertility for seven years. Adoption was placed in our hearts, and we have a huge amount of family and friends who are praying for us and you during this time.
No matter your decision, please know we support and appreciate you! We know you want the best for your child, and we will pray for you during this journey. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We are Drew and Kayla! We met in 2012 at Drew’s work while Kayla was browsing movies and have been inseparable ever since. We married in 2014, surrounded by family and friends, and purchased our first home in 2015. We have enjoyed working on our house and yard to make it into a wonderful family home. Drew is currently a manager of a local business, and Kayla works in finance for a large company. We both love our jobs! We enjoy coming home and spending time together every night. After work and on weekends, we love to spend time with family, take random road trips, host game nights, and play with our spoiled kitties. We cannot wait to add a little one to our adventures!
Our Home & Pets
We live in a three-bedroom, two-bath home with a fully fenced yard. We live in a great school district and very close to a few of the wonderful schools. We also live in the same city we both grew up in! Kayla’s parents live in the neighborhood next to us, and Drew’s dad is just ten minutes away. Most of our friends and family live in our area, which allows us to see each other often. Our area has many parks, outdoor activities, and water recreation as there are three rivers! We have two spoiled cats. Tucker is our tuxedo cat; he thinks he is the ruler of the house and loves belly rubs. Abby is a Maine coon who is full of spunk, loves to play with ribbon, and thinks she is part dog!
Our Extended Family
We are both blessed with close-knit families! Drew’s father and stepmother live close by. His sister and her family live out of town, but we FaceTime and see them all often. We are very close to our nieces and nephew and love to spend time with them. Drew helped raise his oldest niece for the first six years of her life, and they still have a very close bond. Our visits are always filled with exploring new places, board games, and lots of laughter!
Kayla is also very close to her family! Her parents live in the neighborhood next to us, so we spend a lot of time with them. Also, her half-sister, grandparents, cousins, and aunts and uncles all live a short drive away, which allows for a lot of family get-togethers! Every Saturday, Kayla and her mother spend the morning going to yard sales and thrift stores; this has been a tradition since she was born. One of her most cherished traditions is having dinner and then watching Christmas movies with her grandfather to start the Christmas season.
What Led Us To Adoption
Throughout our relationship, we always knew we wanted to have a family, and after seven years of infertility, adoption was placed on our hearts. We felt God was leading us to adoption, and there was no hesitation when we both discussed this option. After announcing our new journey, we have been surprised with how many friends and family members have adoption stories to share! We firmly believe it’s not genes that make a family but love!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
