dear expectant mother
We would like to begin by expressing our admiration for the strength it takes for you to consider adoption for your baby. It is a courageous and selfless consideration and we would be honored to be considered as the family for your child. We know this is a life-changing decision for you. We want you to know that you will be changing our lives as well.
A child would add so much to our lives - more laughter, more love, and a lifetime of new memories. We will raise your baby with encouragement, honesty, creativity, and love. We will build up his or her self-esteem, support his or her dreams, and love him or her unconditionally. We are incredibly hopeful and excited about welcoming a beautiful new baby into our lives.
We know life sometimes leads us down paths we never expected. Without all of the twist and turns in our own lives, we would not have been led to you and to the child we will love forever. We know you have a story. We hope we can incorporate your story with ours and create something beautiful.
We are Karen and Rob. We met online through a dating website and hit it off immediately. Karen is outgoing, funny, caring, kind, hard-working and loves spending time with her family. Rob is hard-working, funny, sensitive, thoughtful, and a massive sports fanatic. We were married in 2014. During the week, you will find us in the kitchen cooking dinner together. We make it a point to have dinner every night together at the dining room table, with no electronics. This is our time to talk and discuss the events of the day, without interruption. We find this keeps our connection with each other stronger. We do have a date night once a week, where we go out to dinner and catch a movie, and just spend one-on-one time together. We enjoy going to sporting events, the movies, or even just visiting our nieces and nephews.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a beautiful, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where you will often find kids playing together outside. We live close to numerous schools that are all recognized for high academic standards, and our community has many family events. We have three dogs, Rudy, Charlie, and Daphne. Rudy and Charlie are getting up there in age, but they are complete cuddle bugs and just love laying on your lap and snuggling up. Daphne is our newest addition, and she is 11 months old. She is so full of energy and love and curiosity. She is so well tempered with all of the children in our extended family. Our community is surrounded by parks, trails, playgrounds, and family activities.
Our Extended Family
Karen is the third child out of four, with two older sisters and one younger brother. Rob has one older brother. They are very close to both of their families and see them at least once or twice a week. Karen and Rob have 13 nieces and nephews from Karen’s siblings, and two nieces from Rob’s sibling. We all go on family vacations together. All of their family lives within a 20-minute drive. They spend all of their holidays with their family. We are very lucky to have a supportive and encouraging family. Family is everything to us, and we value our time shared together. We often have family dinners together on Sunday night. We look forward to this tradition and all of the kids love being with their cousins. We have family BBQ’s just about every weekend in the summer.
What Led Us To Adoption
We tried unsuccessfully for almost four years to conceive naturally. We always knew we wanted a family, and we decided early on that we would explore all of our options, once the time came for it. Adoption became our primary option when we heard the adoption stories of other families. Their stories gave us hope and encouragement. We have the love, desire, and resources to adopt a child. We very much want to start our family. We have a large extended family and would love to have a family of our own.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
