dear expectant mother
We would like to thank you for taking the time to get to know us better by reading our profile. We wish to express our sincerest gratitude to you for considering adoption for your child. Please know we have so much respect for you.
If you choose us as parents, it would be a joy and privilege to welcome your baby into our family. Our home is filled with love, laughter, and adventure. We are surrounded by family and good friends who support us on this journey, who will also embrace your child with open arms. With cousins galore, there will be no lack of fun and friendship. Our hopes and goals are to raise our family with love, compassion, and structure. If chosen by you, we will provide opportunities for your child in academics, sports, music, and the arts, so they can discover their gifts and talents. Our passion for travel will be shared as a family, and we can't wait to show our love for different places and cultures. Holiday vacations in Hawaii, spending time at our family lake cabin, as well as camping at our riverside property are traditions we are eager to continue.
Thank you so much for considering us as you make this choice. We can only imagine what an emotional time this is for you. Your child will always know how special you are to us, and we will respect the relationship you feel comfortable having with our family.
Eight years ago, we were introduced by friends. Patrick was drawn to Julie’s larger than life personality, and he wasted no time asking her on a date. Julie was instantly taken by Patrick’s handsome smile and sense of humor. Just over one year later, Patrick proposed! The wedding was at a friend's property, followed by a reception at Patrick's family riverfront campground. It was a fun event filled with family, friends, music, and dancing. We spend our summers at our lake house, boating, jet skiing, and barbecuing. Living in this beautiful part of the country means we are surrounded by hiking trails, so we often take our travel trailer out camping to explore. Winter brings snowboarding and vacations to Hawaii. It is also when Patrick works on house projects, and Julie crafts!
Our Home & Pets
We live in the beautiful Northwest, where the mountains meet the ocean. Our town is small and the neighborhood is safe and welcoming. There is an elementary school on our block, as well as a large playground and a community park with soccer and baseball fields. Zuko and Cooper, our dogs, love to go on walks to the park or just down the hill to the ocean.
Our Extended Family
We both come from large families. Patrick's parents, Tom and Suzanne, have been married for 35 years. Tom works with Patrick at their family-owned glass shop, and Suzanne runs the cafeteria at a local elementary school. Patrick has a sister, Trisha, who is married and has two beautiful children: Brooklyn is three-years-old and Owen is one.
Julie still has three living grandparents, with whom she is very close. Julie's parents, Greg and Renee, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary this past summer. Greg works as a window salesman, and Renee is a second-grade teacher. Julie has a sister, Sarah, who is married, and they welcomed their first child, Charlie, into the world last July.
Our immediate families all live within fifteen miles of us! On Sundays, we have dinner with Patrick's family, and on Thursdays, we enjoy family dinner night at Julie's grandma's house. We both have very large extended families, who we spend holidays with. The family reunions are always a blast as well.
What Led Us To Adoption
Being parents is something both of us have desired since we were young, and it has always been part of our future plans. To conceive and carry a child has been a struggle, but we understand that families are made in many ways. Adoption is something near and dear to our hearts, as two of Julie's best childhood friends were adopted, and we know many friends today who have adopted children as well. We are fortunate to have a support system to rely on for each step of our journey. Becoming parents is something we are excited about and ready for. We would love to give our lives and love to a child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
