Dear Birthmom

We would like to start by saying thank you. Thank you for being selfless and having the courage and strength to consider adoption. Thank you for taking the time to read about us and to consider us as adoptive parents for your precious child. We cannot pretend to know the difficulty of the decision that you are making, but we can tell you how much we respect and appreciate what you are doing.

We want you to know that we will provide a safe, loving, and nurturing home for your baby. We will provide your child with all the love, support, and guidance he or she will need to grow up with the self-confidence and knowledge to know where they come from and who they are. If you choose us, we will create an environment where your child feels empowered to be themselves, always, and to follow their dreams, anywhere.

If you choose us as adoptive parents, we look forward to the opportunity to establish a relationship with you and maintain communication, if you would like. We would be ecstatic to welcome your baby into our family and begin a lifelong journey together.

About Us

We are Jess and Julie! We met seven years ago at the bank where we both work. Jess works on the healthcare team and Julie works in risk management. We enjoy cookouts and gathering together with family and friends. We enjoy outdoor activities with our dogs, traveling, and finding new adventures. We have been fortunate enough to see many places together. We have been to several cities within the U.S., and also England, Mexico, and even South Africa.

Jess is energetic and athletic. She enjoys playing soccer, running, and biking. Julie enjoys cooking, tennis, and biking, just usually at a slower-pace compared to Jess. We are on the board of our local Girls, Inc. We coach with Girls on the Run and volunteer for Junior Achievement. It's important to us to be involved in the community, encourage children to have self-confidence, pursue an education, and strive to achieve personal goals.

Our Home & Pets

We have lived in our home for almost six years. There’s a lot to see and do in our neighborhood within walking distance. We have shops, restaurants, a pool, and a park with many features. We love our neighbors and neighborhood and want to stay in the area. Last year we decided to completely renovate our home.

We have three dogs (Maddie, Lulu, and Moose) and a cat (Ginge) that are a part of our family. They love meeting new people, car rides, and going up to the patio of one of our neighborhood restaurants. They also love it when our many nieces and nephews come over to visit and play with them. They will definitely be excited to welcome a new family member into our home.

Our Extended Family

Jess has two sisters, one older and one younger. Julie has two older brothers. Collectively, we have 13 nieces and nephews, ranging from four to 24. Julie’s family all live nearby our home. Jess is from England and that is where all her family still live. While they may live far away, we are able to video-chat, message, or talk almost daily. During the year, some combination of Jess’ family will spend a few weeks with us at different times. During summertime, you are likely to find us gathered at Julie’s Mom’s house, grilling, eating, and in the pool. At other times, our families take vacations together. It is our Christmas tradition to travel to England. This allows us to see members of Jess’ family that we may not be able to see at other times during the year.

We have loved spending time with our nieces and nephews and watching them grow over the years. We have very supportive families and we are all ready to bring a child into our family to be welcomed and loved.

What Led Us To Adoption

As Jess was growing up, her family became a foster family. Over the years, they shared their home, time, and love with several children whom she still refers to as her brothers and sisters. She directly saw how a loving, safe, and nurturing home helped to improve the lives of the children who stayed with her family. They needed love, stability, and support, and her family provided all these things. As we both have the desire to be parents and have shared our lives and dreams together, we knew adoption was the way we wanted to grow our family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
