dear expectant mother
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about us while you face an impossibly hard decision, choosing adoption and a family for your baby. We want to recognize your strength and courage as you travel down this road of adoption. We want you to know that you are not alone on this journey. It is a privilege to be considered to raise your son or daughter.
Not only do you want what is best for your child, we do as well. We are a loving couple who puts family before anything else. If you choose us as adoptive parents, there is no doubt at all that your son or daughter will receive all the love, care, and attention that our large family will provide.
We met at the workplace where Josh was stationed after serving a tour in Iraq. We were married in March 2012. Jennifer is an outgoing individual who talks nonstop and never meets a stranger, which is good since she works with the public daily. She has a big heart and enjoys helping others. Her hobbies include crafting, reading, and swimming in the pool. Josh is an active duty member of the US Army and is also a talker. He enjoys everything outdoors to include hunting and fishing, golf, and softball. Josh is also a self-proclaimed cook and loves trying out new recipes for the family to taste. Together, we enjoy watching movies, going to Bingo nights, and traveling as often as we can. We also love having friends and family over for BBQs, swimming in the pool, and crawfish boils.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a large, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, ranch-style house in a quiet subdivision in Louisiana. We love that our house has an open floor plan so we can easily communicate with family members and/or guests. Our house is on three-plus acres of land with an in-ground pool in the backyard and plenty of room to ride four wheelers, throw a football, or use your imagination. Because we are in a rural subdivision, it is common to see deer and other wildlife close to the homes. We currently have three dogs. Shadow is a black Lab mix, Stella is a brown mini English Bulldog, and Sam is a white Lab-Pyrenees mix.
Our Extended Family
Josh was born in Louisiana and grew up in Texas. He is the baby of four children and a mama’s boy. Being in the military Josh moved all over the country and he has been deployed four times. Now that he is back home in Louisiana, his relationships with his family are stronger than ever.
Jennifer was born and raised in Alabama. She was raised by her mother while her father resided outside of Las Vegas. She has a huge extended family on her mother’s side that resides in Alabama, and she visits as often as possible. On her father’s side, she has five half-brothers and one half-sister, all of whom live in the southwest. When she can, she plans to visit Las Vegas to see as much family as possible.
Both Josh and Jennifer feel that family is everything and are blessed to have such supportive family so close by.
What Led Us To Adoption
We married later in life with each of us bringing a child into our home. When we decided to grow our family, we ran into fertility problems. After much thought, our destined path was made clear, we knew that adoption was how we would make our wish of having a baby and growing our family come true!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
