We cannot imagine what you are experiencing right now. What we do know is God has a plan for everyone and that plan included our paths crossing. Words cannot express how thankful we are for you. It takes a strong woman with unimaginable love for her child to make the decision to pursue adoption. Thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your child. We are so grateful for the opportunity to love your child and provide him or her a home full of faith, love and family.
About Us
Hi, we are Josh and Ashley! We’ve been married for six years and have enjoyed every bit of it. We still feel like newlyweds and are truly each other’s best friend. We appreciate spending time with friends and family and try to do this as often as possible. Our favorite activity to do together is walk around our small town, enjoying the scenery. We also love to go to the movies!
Josh is an instructor for John Deere. He also serves as a member of an Advisory Council for a school. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, NASCAR, and helping his dad back home on the farm. Ashley is a middle school teacher at a small Christian school, devoting additional time to helping students through tutoring. In her spare time, she loves crafting!
Our Home & Pets
We both grew up in small farming communities, so we knew we wanted to raise our family in a similar setting. We were so happy to find our current town. It’s quiet and friendly and truly the perfect size for us, with just 600 residents. It’s near the Quad Cities and the Mississippi River, both of which offer a variety of places to explore, so we get to enjoy the best of both worlds. Our home has three bedrooms and a very open floor plan. We love living our sweet, country lifestyle.
Our Extended Family
Both of us come from extremely close families. Josh is the youngest of three, and has one brother and one sister. His family has a farm, where we spend many hours riding horses, harvesting crops, or just simply watching cows. Ashley is the middle child of three, and also has one brother and one sister. In Ashley’s family, there is always a cookout to be had, even if that means grilling in the garage in the middle of winter! Between the two of us, we have five nieces and one nephew! Our families get together as much as possible and have been a great source of inspiration in our marriage. They have always been there to support us in whatever we need. We are also blessed to have a fantastic extended family that loves one another and enjoys spending quality time together. Our gatherings are always fun and full of laughter.
What Led Us To Adoption
We always knew we wanted children and began trying to get pregnant about five years ago. Unfortunately, we did not have any luck. We went to see a few doctors, but before pursuing infertility treatments, we began talking about adoption. After some prayer, we decided God was calling us to adopt. We know He will have a hand in this process and are so excited to get started!

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
