dear expectant mother

What do we say to someone who is so selfless in their decision for their child? Words cannot begin to express the gratitude, appreciation, admiration, strength, and love you have shown.

We are beyond excited to get to know you and what you enjoy, the traditions you would want us to share with your baby, and what we all have in common that will make this child’s life exceptional. Our hope is to get to know you as well as we can so we can extend our love to you and your baby in the best way. You will always be a part of our life and your child’s as a mother’s love is something that can never be replaced. We want to share in the love you have given your child and will continue to give throughout their life.

We would like the opportunity to show your child a loving, compassionate, strong, and close family. In our family, your child will be loved more than we can ever express; however, we hope to get the chance for you to witness and experience this love as well as our relationship grows. Your child will grow up in a multicultural household, learn multiple languages, experience travel, have full expression, try new things, and embrace life as fun and positive.

We welcome you and your baby with open arms and look forward to meeting you both.

About Us

Jose works as a warehouse associate for a local company, and Sarah is a licensed professional counselor with a specialization in children and play therapy. As a couple, we are silly and adventurous but can also be homebodies. We have been married for 12 years and enjoy going to the movies, playing with our two dogs, hanging out with family, and traveling. Sarah believes her life would not be the same without Jose. She loves his kind heart and silly attitude, and he can definitely be summed up as the strong but silent type. Jose also knows that his life wouldn’t be the same without Sarah. He loves how outgoing, intelligent, and caring she is, and her smile, of course, makes him happy every single day.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a three-bedroom, split-level home that we share with our two dogs, Coco and Daisy Mae. Our niece and nephew stay over quite a bit, and we rent movies, make pizzas and sundaes, and play games. We have a large backyard that we use quite a bit during the summer for family cookouts that include hot dog and s'more roasting over a fire, water games, playing ball with our dogs, and just sitting outside to enjoy our many flowers and birds. Our neighborhood has many children; it is not unusual for our neighbors’ children to come over and play with our dogs. We walk our dogs around our neighborhood to a large lake and let our dogs swim while we feed the fish.

Our Extended Family

Jose and Sarah are both very close to their families. Jose’s family lives down the road, which allows us to spend time with them whenever we want. Jose is Mexican-American, and we enjoy various Mexican traditions, such as making tamales for Christmas and other various Mexican cuisine, celebrating quinceañeras, and spending as much time together as we can.

Sarah is Southern, and we look forward to spending various holidays with her family. We also visit her family during summers and fall for boating, camping, campfires, and swimming.

Both of our families have expressed an abundance of support for our adoption and are excited to be able to provide their love and traditions with a new family member. Jose and Sarah both have nieces and nephews as well as cousins with children that are like nieces and nephews. All of the family is thrilled to have a new family member and to share their love with this little one.

What Led Us To Adoption

We feel we were led to adoption from the time we married. After finding out we have reproductive challenges, we knew adoption was for us. Sarah’s family has many adopted children, and we have watched them grow in loving and healthy families. We have also watched as these relatives found birth mothers and created a loving and inclusive relationship. We waited for many years as we discussed and really paid attention to how our story was leading us to adoption. Over the past year, we knew it was the right time to begin this journey.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
