Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little better. We hope you can get a glimpse of the life we want to provide your child. We cannot begin to imagine the rollercoaster of emotions you are probably feeling right now. The decision you are making is not an easy one, and you are strong because of it. We feel so honored and humbled to possibly have the opportunity to raise your child in our home, where we will provide love, support to follow their wildest dreams, and a strong sense of belonging. If we are chosen, we commit to giving your baby unconditional love and to raise them to be the best version of themselves. We want to raise your child to value education and cultural diversity and to have strong morals like us.
We recognize that you have a significant role in the birth of your baby, and we are ready to embrace whatever role you choose in your baby's life from that moment on. We have always wanted to be dads, and with your devoted love for your baby, you may be the reason our dreams come true. It is hard to verbalize our gratitude toward you, but do know that this would be the best gift anybody in the world could ever give us. About Us
Our story began in 2013, when we were just sophomores in high school. Since then, we have accomplished so much together, including getting married and starting exceptional careers. Jordan obtained a master’s in K-12 educational leadership, which ultimately led him to his successful career as an elementary curriculum coach. Derek recently graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and now works as a pharmacist at a hospital in our community. We are so grateful to both have fulfilling careers we find joy and value in. In our free time, we enjoy cooking together, tackling home projects, and spending time with our dog, Oliver. We also love to travel together, and we try to experience a new place every year. We love the life we’ve built together, and we can’t wait to share it with a child!
Our Home & Pets
We recently purchased a spacious, three-bedroom, brick home with a large, fenced-in backyard. Our home is nestled in a neighborhood filled with many young families. The best part about our home is that Jordan’s parents live just two doors down and Derek’s parents are less than half a mile away. Our community is also home to one of the most successful school systems in the state. We currently share our home with our miniature schnauzer, Oliver, whom we rescued from a shelter four years ago. He has brought so much love and happiness into our home, and he loves to play with our two young nephews. We know this home is the perfect place to start our family!
Our Extended Family
Family is very important to both of us, and we are lucky to come from very supportive and close-knit families. Derek’s parents live just a few streets over on several acres of land. We visit their house often, making sure to bring Oliver so they can spend time with their favorite granddog! Derek has one younger brother, who lives on the same property as his parents. A favorite tradition of ours is getting together with his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins at our family beach house on the weekends. This is where we enjoy spending time at the beach, in the boat, and by the pool. It’s not uncommon to end the evenings with a large seafood boil where everyone shares stories and laughter.
With Jordan’s parents living two doors down, we frequently find ourselves visiting each other in the afternoons or having each other over for supper. Jordan also has one older brother, who has a wife and two young boys aged two and four. We enjoy spending time with them, which happens often since we live so close together. Jordan has many aunts, uncles, and cousins who get together for many holidays throughout the year. Everyone in our family is excited to welcome a new child into our lives!
What Led Us To Adoption
From the very beginning of our relationship, we have always been extremely excited about building a family together. After considering many options, we ultimately felt adoption was the right choice for us. With both of us being raised in such close families, we are excited to build a family of our own through adoption. We feel as though we have so much love to give, and we would be honored by the gift of raising a child. We are both very eager to become dads, and we are looking forward to creating memories, experiences, and traditions with our family!

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
