We don’t know you yet, but we have so much admiration and respect for the decision you have made. Your courageous choice to place your child for adoption is truly the most selfless gift a person can give. What an extraordinary blessing you are giving to help fulfill another’s dream of becoming a parent.
We are John and Vicki and we are so thankful to you for taking the time to get to know a little bit about us. Our desire to become parents has been a journey that has not always been easy, but one that has strengthened our love and devotion to one another. We believe that everything has a purpose and we know in our hearts that adoption is the perfect choice for us.
As you carry your child inside of you, we pray that you find strength and peace of mind, knowing that your baby will be loved, cherished, nurtured and supported. We would love the opportunity to raise a child to be kind, loving and true to who they are. We know that this decision is a very difficult one, but we hope that we can provide you with comfort, assurance and support in any way that we are able.
We met 16 years ago and have been married for 9 years in October. I was working at a residential facility for young girls and women and John was hired as the chiropractor to adjust some of the patients. I hadn’t officially met John, but everyone kept saying what a kind, compassionate man he was. When we did eventually meet, we had an instant connection.
Shortly after meeting, I went back to school to become a licensed Massage Therapist and have been working with John in his holistic chiropractic practice. We both love what we do and are committed to helping others, with the pursuit of treating the whole person; mind, body and spirit. As well as my work as a Licensed Massage therapist, I am the office manager of a spiritual bookstore. My position allows me to take classes and volunteer; coordinating different functions and charity events.
In our free time, we love hanging out together, watching movies, hiking with our dog, gardening, biking, and anything in water. We are fun-loving and young at heart; always laughing and teasing each other. We treasure more than anything, times with our family and friends and enjoy building long lasting, cherished memories with them.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath home in the Midwest. Our house is small, but makes up for it in its charm and coziness. We have often thought of moving but we adore our neighbors and neighborhood so much. We often get together at the park, about a 1/8 mile from our home. There’s a playground, baseball field, tennis courts, picnic tables, a creek, beautiful shaded trees and lots of space for kids and dogs to run and play. We are within walking distance to the main street of our community with locally owned shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, nursery, a library, recreational center, seasonal festivals, art fairs and live music. We love being part of such a wonderful community and neighborhood that cares and looks out for one another.
Our Extended Family
We are so fortunate to have a loving, supportive family, as well as close friends that we consider family. Vicki’s mom lives about 10 minutes from our home and we talk just about every day and see her at least once a week. Vicki’s 3 older brothers also live close and we get together often for celebrations, holidays and birthdays. John and I have a very close relationship with each of them and adore our 2 nephews and 6 nieces. Vicki’s dad passed away in 2007, but his loving memory is still a big part of our lives. John lost his mom when he was 15. His dad passed away 12 years ago. John’s stepmom, step-sister, niece and nephew live in Virginia. We keep in touch by phone at least once a month and visit at least once a year. All of our loved ones and friends are beyond overjoyed that we are fulfilling our dream of becoming parents.
What Led Us To Adoption
I (Vicki) was adopted as an infant and was raised in a loving, nurturing and supportive home, with amazing parents and 3 older brothers. I often think of my birthmother and the incredible courage it took to place me for adoption, but I feel forever grateful to my birthmother for giving me a truly wonderful life. Our greatest wish is to do the same for your child. We believe that adopting a child is a true blessing.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
