dear expectant mother
We very much appreciate you taking the time to read our profile and cannot thank you enough for considering us. Although we have never been short on love and affection, we are now so much more capable of prioritizing the needs of a child. To love unconditionally, mentor, and teach a healthy and happy family member brings us more joy than we can put into words. Children want to love, learn, communicate, and experience the world the same way we do as adults, and our responsibilities as parents are to ensure we promote and fulfill all of those needs.
This process has got to be the most difficult decision you have ever made. Considering adoption in hopes of giving your child a chance to flourish is the most selfless act any mother could possibly perform. We thoroughly understand the significance of this decision, and we will always remember the sacrifice you have made. Please trust that raising your child in a loving, healthy, happy, and caring environment will be a lifetime focus and priority for us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the consideration. We wish you all the best in what we’re sure will be a great future for you and your child.
We have owned a successful high-volume restaurant since 2002, which John currently operates on a daily basis along with a commercial real estate brokerage business. Julie was deeply involved in the restaurant business for some time, but she has been a stay-at-home mom since the birth of our only son, Jax. We will have been married for 20 years come June 5, 2019. Family is, without question, the driving factor in our relationship, and we spend the majority of our time together doing family-oriented activities, like a movie night at home, going to concerts and sporting events, exploring museums, going on vacations, and more. The two of us were best friends prior to dating, and the years, of course, have made that bond significantly stronger. We would like nothing more than to raise a second child and ensure their health, happiness, and success.
Our Home & Pets
We own a four-bedroom home with a large loft, located on a half-acre of land with a large backyard. The house is located in an upscale, family-oriented neighborhood, and for the majority of the year the sounds of children playing and friendly barbecue conversations echo throughout. We have made so many great friends here in the neighborhood, and Jax has built so many wonderful relationships, as well. We have also brought four dogs and one cat into the family, whom we love and can’t imagine life without.
Our Extended Family
We both come from relatively large families. John has seven older brothers and sisters and 23 nieces and nephews, and the clan continues to grow! Julie has two younger brothers who are still working on and looking forward to building families of their own. Both sides of our extended family have always been tradition-oriented, and although a lot of the family members have moved away from home due to their jobs and other factors, we all stay very close via the telephone and video chat.
Julie’s side of the family gets together twice a year at a minimum, once for a summer vacation on the East coast and again for Thanksgiving in New York. John’s side of the family sees each other at least twice a year as well. A family reunion is held every year in July at a park in New York, and the entire family gets together a week or so before Christmas each and every year as well. Being that we both come from large families, we hope to raise another child in this tradition-rich and loving atmosphere.
What Led Us To Adoption
We struggled with infertility for 12 years, and in that time we discovered so many incredible success stories. We decided to make one last attempt with in vitro-fertilization before going on the journey of adoption, and we were fortunate enough to be blessed with our son in September of 2009 and will be forever thankful. Since then, we have always known there was still a piece of our family that seemed to be missing, and we are dedicated to adoption to make our family grow.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
