dear expectant mother
Thank you for taking the time to learn about us and consider us as loving parents for your child. Ever since the day we met, we have always talked about having a family, and we would be forever grateful to you for making our dreams a reality. We know how difficult and confusing this time must be while trying to figure out what is best for your child, and we want to be there to help you feel supported and loved through this entire journey.
We have been together for 10 years and cannot wait to share our love with your child. Holidays and birthdays aren’t taken lightly and will always be celebrated with joy and laughter with all our family. We are excited to make new traditions and also share some that have been passed down through the generations. Your child will be loved unconditionally and nurtured not only by us but by our family and friends. We look forward to the moments of teaching them how to crawl, walk, and run. We will do anything to help them achieve any goal or dream they might have.
We will always make sure your child is reminded of the selflessness and bravery they came from. We will never forget the gift you would give us and will always be thankful and blessed to become the family we always hoped for.
Hello! We are Jessica and Nick! We met in 2010 through mutual friends, and the rest was history. We got married in 2011, and two months later, Nick was off to boot camp in the Marines. After he graduated, we packed up everything, moved to North Carolina, and bought a house we called home for four years. While we still have our house in North Carolina, Michigan has always been home. Jessica is a medical coder and biller with a small company. Nick is a loader operator and has winters off, which is when we like to travel, go sledding, look at Christmas lights, and drink hot chocolate. In the summers, we spend time at our family cottage on the lake boating, swimming, and tubing.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a three-bedroom home with a large fenced-in backyard for bonfires, bbq, and playing. Our home is located in a large neighborhood with lots of kids. We live in a small hometown-feeling community with traditions such as chili cookoffs, a bacon run, and tree lighting at Christmas. We have two dogs. Bailey is a black and white husky/border collie mix who acts like a princess by prancing around and always crossing her paws like a lady. Ferris is a brown and black German shepherd/hound/husky mix we rescued while we lived in North Carolina. He loves swimming and sitting on his raft at the lake, where he likes to fish but has yet to catch any.
Our Extended Family
Our family is everything to us. Every holiday and birthday is spent together with parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. We also have a large group of friends we consider family who are so excited for us to bring a bundle of joy into the group.
Nick’s mother lives just up the street in the house he grew up in. His dad and stepmother live a couple hours away, near Lake Michigan. Both his parents are excited to be grandparents for the first time. Nick has one younger brother who is a comedian and lives near Chicago but is often back for visits and can’t wait to be the funny and loving uncle.
Jessica’s parents live 15 minutes away and are also excited to be first-time grandparents. They can’t wait to go fishing and spend days at the cottage together. She also has two sisters who live close by who are excited to be aunties and spoil your baby with love. Jessica also has a large family with many younger cousins who can’t wait to play with your child.
What Led Us To Adoption
Since the day we met, we always knew we wanted a family and had talked about adoption as part of our path. After trying unsuccessfully for a year to have a baby, we got the news that we were both facing infertility issues. As soon as we found out there was no question, we knew adoption was for us. After seeing a close friend adopting, it only made us that much more excited for our journey to expand our family through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
