dear expectant mother
We sincerely thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We know you have a lot of decisions to make and want to choose the right family for your child. Whether you choose us or another family, we pray you are filled with peace in this journey. We do not know what it’s like to walk in your shoes, but if you do choose us, we would support you in any way possible with compassion and love.
We would love your child with all our hearts and raise them in a faith-filled home. They would be the perfect adventure buddy to tag along with us, and the dogs would welcome the child to the pack. Our families would make every effort to build strong relationships with them. It would be our dream for them to grow up with cousins and possibly siblings! We have worked hard to ensure we are mentally, physically, and spiritually ready for this commitment and know the perfect time is now.
We are over the moon just thinking about speaking with you and getting to know you. You could be the one who makes our dreams of becoming parents come true, and we are forever grateful. God bless you in this process!
About Us
We are Michael and Jessica from Alaska! We met in March 2020 at work and instantly connected over a desire to explore this beautiful state we live in and to serve our country together as well as our shared love of rescuing pets. We believe God led us to each other by bringing us to Alaska at the same time in June 2017 and placing us five feet from each other at work. We are opposites yet very alike at the same time. We balance each other well and truly enjoy being each other’s best friend. Some of our favorite moments have been experiencing Alaska with our dogs, exploring new hobbies, and spending time with family, who live within a few miles from us. Our love for each other would overflow to our children, and no need would go unmet in our home.
Our Home & Pets
Shogun, Keetna, and Ghost are our three dogs, who were all rescued. The highlight of their day is exploring nearby hiking trails, rain, snow, or sunshine. In the summer, we take advantage of the extra sunlight by hiking, biking, and going on spontaneous road trips to our favorite hotspots. We built a fence together for our dogs and a fire pit in our large yard. We enjoyed learning how to cross-country ski and explore new restaurants. Our spacious split-level home, located in a family-friendly neighborhood, has mountain views that remind us how grateful we are to live in this beautiful state. We love how close we are to everything we need, like the grocery store, parks, and schools, but still have a quiet home to relax in and enjoy the serenity we’ve created.
Our Extended Family
Michael’s family is based in a small town in Colorado. His parents, younger sister, nephew, and grandparents live just a short distance from each other. Michael grew up raising cattle and learned his handyman skills from his hardworking days on the ranch. His family sees each other daily and truly enjoys having meals together multiple days a week.
Jessica’s family is mostly based in Alaska now after growing up with three older brothers in Oregon. One of her brothers lives just down the road with his wife and two-year-old son. They are expecting their second child! Her parents raised their children to be respectful and hardworking and to enjoy the life God provided. Jessica’s favorite family tradition is the “You Are Special Today” plate that is used for any special occasion for someone, whether it’s a birthday, a promotion, or just great news!
Both our families are extremely supportive of our desire to adopt and have been there for us in our infertility journey. It is important to us that our children know their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. We know that wherever we are, our families would make every effort to be in our children’s lives and love them as we do.
What Led Us To Adoption
Our path to having children has had its challenges, but we are extremely comforted to know we have the love and support of family and friends in this process. Adoption has been on our hearts since we married. Regardless of whether we have biological children, we have always wanted to adopt a child. Our faith is the focus of everything we do, and we trust things will work out the way they are supposed to. The past few years have allowed us to grow stronger as a couple and be financially able to provide for a child. God has prepared us for this journey, and we would be incredibly honored to be part of yours.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
