dear expectant mother
We have always believed in angels. We also have no doubt that God places some human angels in others’ lives at a specific time for a special purpose. We believe and pray that angels like you and your child will be sent into our lives because we are ready to return the most precious gift with a home full of laughter, learning, and love. You are in the process of making the most selfless and courageous decision anyone could be faced with; no matter where the journey leads you, we believe there is a plan for you and your baby. Thank you for considering us.
Raising a child has been the greatest privilege and joy of our lives. We waited through many tough years, but we think the wait and maturity we gained throughout is what has made us better and more appreciative parents. We know God has led us to what is meant to be: adoption. We are at the perfect place in our lives to welcome another child into our world. We promise to work at becoming better parents every day; all we truly want is to raise a kind person who finds their place in this world. We and our son, Henry will protect, cherish, and love your baby every single day of our lives. We sincerely hope and pray your heart finds peace in your decisions and know you are someone’s angels on Earth.
“We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another” - Luciana De Crescendzo
About Us
We are an extremely blessed couple who just celebrated our ten-year anniversary! After Joey graduated from medical school through the Army, we married and moved to Washington, then Texas, and again back to Washington. Our best life change, however, was having our son, Henry, now age three, who is the greatest thing to ever happen to us. Joey is a cancer doctor who has dedicated his life to helping others most in need. He is laid-back with a great sense of humor and a love of the outdoors; he’s also the hardest worker around. Jess has been teaching for sixteen years and values her career as well; helping shape young adults is a privilege! We love hanging out with family, running, exploring the Pacific Northwest, listening to music, and playing the piano. We enjoy traveling to the coast, to the mountains, or home to Michigan, but our most valued “journey” has been and will continue to be to raise a family.
Our Home
We jumped at the opportunity to move back to Washington when the military offered it to us. We live in a growing community with countless miles of sidewalks and wooded trails, not to mention over a dozen parks, all with the gorgeous background of Mount Rainier. The school district is so wonderful that Jess even changed jobs so our son would attend daycare and preschool here. Our current plan is to move back to Michigan in 2024 to be near family since Joey’s military time will be up. Joey has accepted an incredible opportunity in the most beautiful city in Michigan. We want our children to be close to our gigantic family as they are the best support system one could hope for.
Our Extended Family
Our families mean everything to us. They shower our son with so much love, and they are 100% cheering us on in this next journey. Both our families value faith, hard work, and togetherness, which we plan to pass along to our future children.
Jess is from a family of thirteen with ten siblings, her built-in best friends! Get-togethers are lively and loud. Jess also has over seventy first cousins, many of whom meet up during summer weekends at “the cabin” in Michigan, where we fish, four-wheel, look for deer, meet for big potlucks, and play games like water balloon toss, Yahtzee, and cards. During the winters, Jess’s parents live in a community in Florida with pools, parks, and beaches, a delight for the sixteen grandkids during visits.
Joey is the middle of three brothers. They grew up in a small town with one stop light! Joey’s parents live on this amazing farmland in Michigan with a big red barn full of fun “toys” like four-wheelers, a golf cart, a giant green tractor, and even a skid steer! They plan on adding animals once Papa retires; they can’t wait to teach their grandchildren about responsibility and nature. Get-togethers include outdoor rides through the fields and woods, cards, games, and tons of food!
What Led Us To Adoption
We started researching the adoption process years ago. Then a miracle arrived in the form of our son, Henry. We knew we would revisit adoption in the future, and we are now at the perfect time to welcome another miracle into our lives. Henry loves his monster trucks and toys, but the best gift we could ever give him is a sibling. When asked what he will do with a baby, he claims he will “hug, smooch, and love ’em…and teach ’em all about construction vehicles.” He will be the best big brother! One of Jess’s best friends was adopted; her incredible story has affirmed our beliefs that there is a higher power who guides where each child who enters this world belongs as well as where, when, and how each family is formed.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
