dear expectant mother

We believe every child is created with a special destiny and that each is a gift to be treasured and loved. We cannot fully know the circumstances and emotions that have led you to the difficult decision of adoption, but we do know that you can only be a woman of remarkable strength and courage, and we honor you. Thank you for considering us to love and cherish your precious one as our own. We pray for you and your baby daily, for good health, peace and comfort, safety, and that your needs are being met.

Words alone could never adequately express our gratitude and admiration for you. We are simple, down-to-earth people, but we have much to offer your child. We have the pledge of love, nurture, security, family, friends, laughter, fun, and faith. In the midst of all these will be honesty, to share with your little one the knowledge of who you are and the selfless sacrifice you’re making to choose this life for them. We would be blessed and overjoyed if you should decide to entrust us to love your child as our own, completing our family and home. Your child is our miracle in the making. We hope to get to meet you, as well as learn more about you.

Thank you for taking the time to read our profile.

About Us

We’re Venessa and Jeron, and we met ten years ago at church. We started off with just a friendship, but to our surprise, we quickly found something much deeper. Venessa is a special education teacher at a middle school, and Jeron works at a paper product factory, both very close to home. In the evenings and weekends, we go to the YMCA, where we swim and play racquetball and basketball. We also enjoy going to the movies, having indoor camp-outs, playing board and Wii games, going to parks, entertaining family and friends, biking, and being outdoors. We believe in providing opportunities for children to explore, learn, and grow, while also having fun. We’re involved in the music team, nursery/pre-school program, and cleaning team at our church. Spending time together is a priority for us, and there’s little we do without each other.

Our Home & Pets

We recently bought a five-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, ranch-style home. Our home is child-centered and full of love. We have a large private backyard and an elementary school with playground (and a hill for sledding!) right across the street. Our community is small, but close enough to larger neighboring communities to allow for plenty of activity. We are situated along the picturesque Wisconsin River, a place we are proud to call our home.

Our Extended Family

We have a very supportive, close-knit family. We each have one sibling, of which we are both the eldest. Venessa's parents live about four blocks away, and Jeron’s parents live about 20 minutes away, while his sister and grandmother live in the next town over from us.

Our parents have always been very involved with our daughter’s care. Several days a week, she is cared for with her cousins (ages three and five), so they play together often. Venessa's brother and his wife are also expecting a baby in early April. Although they live four hours away, we’re close at heart and plan special times to be together, including holidays and our annual trip to a cabin in the Northwoods every summer.

Our combined families often spend time together for our birthdays, get-togethers, and day trips. We spend time doing lots of seasonal activities with Jeron’s family, such as visiting waterparks, fairs, festivals, and orchards. In addition to all of this, we gather for holidays with our extended-extended families, where the first and second cousins know each other and play together. There is never a dull moment with our families, and we are so thankful for them!

What Led Us To Adoption

Even before marriage, we dreamed of our family. However, growing our family has been a difficult road for us. We were elated and blessed to have our daughter, Brenna, enter this world six years ago; however, loss and infertility has kept us from the second child we’ve yearned for. With much prayer and support from those we love, we found the path of adoption. We long to meet and love as our own your baby, whom you and God will bless us with.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
